We went around Starbucks downtown but found only Discovery Series mug collection for Virginia. Luckily, in this branch (2363 Roux St, Richmond VA) we found Been Here Series. Happy to have it. Staffs are courteuos as well.

Date of occurrence 4-14-2024 around 5pmWent in to get an order for delivery and was told it will be a 15min wait, came back in 15 mins only to be told "I can't make it because we are too busy" store wasn't even busy and the line had less than 4 cars. The guy just didn't want to do his job

They always make my drink correctly and it's not that easy. I used to be a barista so I know it's a pain to wait for 5 ristretto shots and add ice when appropriate.Wheelchair accessibility: DO wheelies!

This Starbucks is amazing!!! Drinks taste amazing and so high quality!!! Would rather make the drive to this Starbucks than others. The environment is also perfect for studying and getting work done (both inside and outside).

The service was very poor after the cashier TALIA got my order wrong she tried to have me may for an inconvenience fee for the correct order after I already paid for my drink the manager kiyaha backed her up saying she was wrong but I would have to pay for cold foam when they didn’t correctly take my order I didn’t pay got a refund and left without and apology if I was a white woman they would have corrected my order and apologized (white spaces are bias)
