This used to be my "go to" Starbucks but today I was met by an all new staff, from which I unfortunately did not receive a warm welcome. One of the best Starbucks locations in Richmond. They always get my order right, they are super friendly, be it at 6am or 5pm, and they always offer a pup cup when they see my dog. They also might be one of the very few of their locations that doesn't burn their coffee. I may or may not have moved to the area just to be closer to them.
