Over priced burnt coffee
These people really expect a 15 % tip w that attitude // throwing food into the bag with no napkins etc 🤣
It's a Starbucks
Puppucino for the wins
Them baristas sure are good at them there jobs.
My daughter and I had just picked up a rental car nearby so we stopped at this Starbucks to head to our next destination on our vacation. Drinks were perfect (excellent hazelnut shaken espresso) and were ready when we got there. Easy in/easy out in the parking lot. Friendly staff.
I was going through to pick up my two coffees for me and my girlfriend and we went through the drive thru because we had to make our way back to our destination at a specific time. As I pulled up at the windows a man with black curly hair made a rude remark and showed a negative attitude towards me and my girlfriend because he had to walk a few extra feet to give us what we ordered. I didn't appreciate it and another man with blonde hair and taller had to do the work for him and he passed us our order but no hello thank you or have a nice day. When I kindly come to pick up an order or make an order I don't need to recieve no attitude or feel I'm being judged. I know that we never know how an employees day is going but they don't know how our day is going and all I can ask to any service is to be treated with the same respect as I give them.
Thank you and have a good day

I went to pick up an order with my boyfriend and we were met with a very rude sassy staff member with short hay bail yellow hair at the ears and Covid mask. There were two more rude employees just watching this interaction. Not to mention it wasn’t busy at all so no reason for the attitude. We didn’t even get a hello or thank you or have a nice day. He was inconvenienced that he had to move one inch to retrieve our drinks. The drinks were good but the customer service is terrible and they should really increase the standard of customer service

I love this Starbucks in particular, and I am not afraid to admit I have been to many of them, from "The Farthest North Starbucks in Alaska, to New Mexico, to Aruba, to Missouri, to New York, and all the places in between. This store is one of my favorites. It is easy to get into and out of and the drive thru is manageable in a large truck, and there is always ample parking; if you have to pull into the parking lot with a trailer it's doable. It appears accessible to those in wheelchairs. It has a nice sheltered outdoor space that looks out onto West Broad Street near the Science Museum (great people watching). It also has plenty of clean interior space to spread out. I have had nothing but lovely interactions with the staff so far, and I enjoy seeing everyone each time I go. I didn't rate the food because, come on, the food is the same, it's consistently decent.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors but it is wheelchair accessible.

Employee was very rude, had red hair and it was in a pony tail. Won’t be returning.

As Starbucks experiences go this one is particularly bad. And it's always the same thing here! The staff are not pay attention, I ordered a Frappuccino with no whip cream, it says no whipped cream on the label. The staff member, didn't pay attention. This happens all the time here. GAH!!!

I took my time ordering my Iced Matcha Latte just to be disappointed. Skimpy on the caramel and added the wrong cold foam. Today was just a reminder that I can make a better one at home.
The staff is friendly enough but I had to post today that this is the second hot coffee handed to me this week where the lid popped off and hot coffee dripped on my hand and car Also shocking how poor the quality of food products has become. The egg boxes are handed out frozen and gooey I returned mine today and take a look at the so called bacon biscuit literally they have started cutting the bacon in thirds. I mean if you’re touting a bacon biscuit then put it on there especially at Starbucks prices. I don’t think this is really a location issue but corporate. And the brewed coffee has started tasting bitter or burnt at this location. I cant quite tell but eventhough its convenient to have a drive through Starbucks on my way to work. Its not acceptable to pay a premium for a poor quality product. Definitely not up to par see photo. Starbucks can do better.
Service is good, but the past four times I've been here they've burned the coffee beyond recognition.
