Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very nice and my drink was made incorrectly. When I got to the window the woman held out the coffee to me and said nothing after I said thank you. My coffee was missing the whip cream and coffee, which wouldn't have been as big of a deal if the workers were kind. Being nice can go a long way!

I usually have a nice experience but today was the complete opposite, staff member was having a personal conversation with another member and at the register i raised my drink i wanted to purchase again ignored after standing around for a few mins while they were talking i raised my drink again i should have just walked out then i was given a dirty look by said staff member while ringing me up.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. I’ve only seen Aryn one other time before, but the moment I walked in, he remembered me right away. That little detail honestly blew me away.
That day I wasn’t at my best (and yes, I’ll admit I was even “cheating” on my usual coffee spot), but Aryn’s infectious attitude completely turned my mood around. The way he greets people and carries himself makes such a difference — it’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your day just by being themselves.
Starbucks is lucky to have him. He’s one of those genuinely awesome employees who reminds you that great people really do make all the difference
