This Starbucks store consistently messes my order up — whether it be missing items that I’ve ordered and don’t receive or sending me drinks that are 1/3 to 1/2 empty. These types of issues have happened several times when I’ve ordered through Uber eats. I would not recommend this store and I hope they get their act together so they can provide service that’s up to par.

Very clean establishment. Warm attendant working the front desk. There were no issues with my order. Primarily a pick-up spot, so use your app for this location. In the heart of VCU campus.

Very quaint very cute very sweet a little story we have here and the woman that was managing it took my shepsky cocoa and I with a very customer service friendly the service was top-notch show that early in the morning doing it all which I can definitely appreciate and respect I would if you're in that area definitely worth a stop in if you're into Starbucks there is no drive-thru so that's the kick in catch but again college kids it's in a perfect and very quaint little part of town that's very nice and clean
Parking: Street park8ng is how I was able to easily find dead front of the entrance but I was her first customer that morning and u haven't been there anytime other than that one. So I'm not sure how busy the parking may get but the have a medium good size lot to the side of the shop8ng strip and in the front along the street.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah just like any other Starbucks not going to be a No-No for kids to go into it's just not a big sit down with drive-thru type of Starbucks is very small and really nice and chill with Lobby in the front I definitely kid friendly but nothing for them to do in there if that be the case I'll just leave them in the car if you can it's not just be kind of bored looking at everything but I love bringing my dog in there with me so

Needs to be made clear that this is a PICK UP ONLY location. We walked in to order and fumbled with the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to order a drink here.
I had no idea this place existed until this weekend. Failing to realize it was a carry out solely, I didn't have my order ready. However, the employee was very sweet and quickly took my order through the register they had stashed away. Drinks were delicious as always. This is a cute convienent place to drop in.
