The lady at the register would've got my order correct if she would've put her phone down at least. Asked for a Venti, got a Grande, when I told the nice man who made the drink, he happily obliged to make it a Venti, however, the lady then had the audacity to come up to him and tell him that I didnt order a Venti...I really wanted to put her in her place, but it wasn't worth the effort nor did I want to stoop to her level. Thanks to the young man, and fire the lady at the register.

As someone who works in the hospital, having a Starbucks in the hospital sounds ideal. Unfortunately in the last year, all the competent employees have left. You now have 7-8 Starbucks employees who stand around with only 3 customers, and you find out your mobile order is still pending from 30 minutes ago. Even though the app is commonplace elsewhere, this location's employees won't regularly update your order, leaving you in a limbo to guess when it'll be ready. And don't be surprised if they mess up the order.

Person making the 2 drinks that were the same made the drink for 1 person so no double in nothing. Worst drink I’ve had ever. Tastes like pure milk instead of strawberry. Employees need more training.

Got a caramel macchiato that ended up being a really bad caramel latte. It tasted really bland. Pretty sure only one shot was added and when I asked for some extra syrup since I couldn’t really taste it, a barista said sure. Took my drink to a counter turned around and stirred it then handed it back. The drink was just terrible especially for how much it costs. Do yourself a favor and find a better coffee shop.

They were also out of all the “regular” types of milk( whole, 2%, low-fat).

They are absolutely wonderful. They serve the MCV hospital and surrounding areas downtown so they are a pretty busy location with extended hours. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful.

Worst Starbucks ever! Slower than snail stuck in syrup, doesn’t offer full menu (iced green tea — but you have iced PEACH green tea???) Drinks never taste good like they should and I frequent Starbucks regularly and order the same things!

Evenings shift or evening shift look like they are always working on slow mode, it always takes them at least 15 min to get an order ready when there’s just 2 costumers waiting, that is so wrong, specially for healthcare workers that needs to go back to their patients and just have 15 or 10 min break
