Normally good but today 1/7/2025 I ordered online, then went to the store and there were nobody there. Had been waiting for an hour inside the store with the music but nobody came. Where is my coffee?

Been at the hospital all week with family in ICU. I have been so thankful for the much needed coffee, kind workers, and quick service. Only one day was it really slow BUT they were training so I totally understood and had no issue waiting. Looks nice and has lots of sitting room.
