The lady at the register would've got my order correct if she would've put her phone down at least. Asked for a Venti, got a Grande, when I told the nice man who made the drink, he happily obliged to make it a Venti, however, the lady then had the audacity to come up to him and tell him that I didnt order a Venti...I really wanted to put her in her place, but it wasn't worth the effort nor did I want to stoop to her level. Thanks to the young man, and fire the lady...
They are absolutely wonderful. They serve the MCV hospital and surrounding areas downtown so they are a pretty busy location with extended hours. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful.
Normally good but today 1/7/2025 I ordered online, then went to the store and there were nobody there. Had been waiting for an hour inside the store with the music but nobody came. Where is my coffee?
