We stopped here on a road trip back to New Jersey and really loved this location. It is so clean inside, the vibe was really chill, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, and great drinks.
I definitely recommend stopping at this location! They also have a great selection of coffees to purchase as you walk in. They had some flavors I have never seen before!

Ordered White chocolate mocha, got Hot chocolate at the Starbucks on 4320 Commerce Rd, Richmond, VA. It was frustrating to start the day with wrong coffee, especially while traveling from out of state. Instead of a refunding, I was given 3 options. 1) To drive 30 minutes back to fix their mistake 2) call the corporate office for refunding 3) goto next starbucks which is 1hr away.
So I contacted corporate as suggested, the representative questioned whether it happened to me before, which felt accusatory and dismissive. I was only refunded for the drink after pushing, I was partially refunded the tax, even though I paid more than what they claimed their system showed.
Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled lacked empathy and accountability. Disappointing experience overall.

During the week business days& hours are the best time to come to the location. DO NOT VISIT WEEKENDS the employer makes horrible drinks its ridiculous. No Love is made with weekends Starbucks.

We spent $20 on 3 coffees for them to come out so light as if it was tea. The guy has an attitude when I asked him to fix at least one of them. I would not go there again!

First of, I wanna say that I am very picky about what Starbucks locations I go to! Secondly I'd like to say that this is hands down my 2nd favorite location aside from the one in Stoney Creek. You guys are putting your back into my drinks every single time I've come by! The sweet notes on my coffee cups make my day but the way yall make my drink makes it even better! Whatever you are doing, keep doing it! Your hard work is appreciated 👏 God bless this location always!

I recently went to this location 3 days and the employees don't even know how to make a caramel maccchiato. It was disappointing to say the least thanks to the crappy ass management. Training is needed clearly. Get it together.

We stopped at this place during a long drive and couldn't be happier with our experience! The employees were above and beyond friendly and kind. They made a point to ask for the spelling of my name to make sure it was correct, and even wrote a super kind note on my cup that gave me the biggest grin! The coffee and my kids' hot chocolates came out very quickly, and everything was hot, delicious, and perfect! Thanks for a great pit stop!!
