This is my absolute favorite location! We seem to have become popular with the staff! They recognize me everyday when I pull in and I am met with lots of smiles and laughs! The employees here are absolutely wonderful! I enjoy our small conversations at the window, and the smiles I share with everyone here! Our coffee is always top tier! Full of flavor, and tastes amazing! I’m here at least 3 times a day! The staff does an amazing job, and gets the orders out in a timely manner as well! We love you guys, keep up the hard work! You guys are awesome! ❤️

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and visit multiple times a week, always making a purchase. On November 17th, I was only in the store for about 10–15 minutes settling in before ordering—something I do all the time—when the store manager, Matthew, approached me in an aggressive and rude manner about making a purchase immediately. I told him I was going to order, but he came back again less than five minutes later and continued to badger me.

What made everything feel even more alarming was that I was quietly reading my Bible at the time, and before approaching me, he kept looking over at me and staring in a way that felt very uncomfortable. It almost felt like I was being singled out simply for sitting there reading, which made the whole interaction feel targeted and unnecessary—especially since I support this location often.

To make matters worse, when I asked for the district manager’s information, he lied about where to find it, and I had to follow back up to get the correct details.

The entire experience left me frustrated, uncomfortable, and very disappointed. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from Starbucks.

Pleasantly surprised by this Starbucks everytime. I come here almost every day now because the store is clean, the employees work hard and it shows, the service is outstanding. Shout out to whoever was working 11/8/2025 at 7am.

I go to this Starbucks every day, and today I waited in line for about 10 minutes only to be told at the window that they couldn’t accept my $50 bill to pay for my order. The barista didn’t even touch the money before refusing it. As someone who works in customer service, I understand policies, but this was very inconvenient — especially since this has never happened to me before. Because of this, I had to leave without my food and beverages. If a store doesn’t accept larger bills, that should be clearly stated before customers order.

Ive door dash from this location three times, Absolutely the worst Starbucks, twice they put the top of the coffee securely and this last time i got a cold coffee when i ordered a hot coffee. Remind thise coffee a few times before. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever

I just want to mention that the place is really nice and the service is nice but why are YALL charging 7-10 for a drink but can’t even provide good cups for the customers? I literally just spilled half my drink of myself because the cups don’t even close well

August 31 this happened again. YALL give yall customers cups that don’t even close well!! I can’t be paying 10 dollars and wasting my stuff because yall give out things that don’t work!

Cant even stop in to pee without spending money; they put code locks on the bathrooms and you have to buy something to get access. Don't bother wasting your time. 7 Brew has better coffee for better prices, anyway.
