The devil works hard but the baristas at this Starbucks work harder. My drinks are always made well and made quickly. I actually feel a little guilty every time I come here because there's usually about 15 people in line and 5 baristas running around behind the counter. 10/10

DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE. Coffee tastes bad, espresso shots taste burnt, they will overcharge your drinks in comparison to buying them off campus. Please please save your money! Food is okay though.

When you don’t have the one thing I went for. You get a 1 star rating. The employee told me nicely that they didn’t have what I came for and offered an alternative. So she got 5 stars. It’s a hospital coffee shop. You get what you order from where you are at. That simple.

The employees here are really nice but it's kind of annoying how they charge more than other places or charge for things that aren't charged for on the app. For example when I get a iced coffee on the app, milk and syrups aren't an extra charge. Here they charge for everything which makes my drink way more expensive. I've started getting the bottled starbucks coffee from the vending machine cause it's cheaper.
Vcu college for doctors? You're kidding me right. What kind of doctor is supposed to help people but you're not allowed in Starbucks unless you're a student at vcu.

The employees don’t wear the mask correctly, they don’t wear gloves. Don’t really care to not touch everything before they sanitize their hands, they don’t even use the sanitizer. Coffee is not fresh.
