This is my first review and I regret that is a bad one. I've had poor experiences in the past, so today I was trying to take extra caution and asked to write my drink's specifications. *Tall smoked butterscotch latte, double blonde shots pumps, 2 pumps white mocha, almond milk, no foam* The lady who took my order read my order back to me perfectly, then the same lady made my drink and I felt she made it wrong on purpose. I was so frustrated by the amount of foam in my drink and the bitterness from so little syrup that I three it away and left. I'm not confrontational so I couldn't bring myself to complain to the lady who was so annoyed she messed up my drink on purpose.

This Starbucks is actually located on Broad Street right in the VCU area they were very nice and kind and very prompt to my order and it was clean

The app for this location is always down. Called to ask about if pickup orders over phone we're possible, they told me, no you have to use the app. When I mentioned the app was down, they said 'Well I can't help you', you have to use the app'. Which is down...

Fast, friendly, service. Great for the location given its a college town. Most of the baristas know the customers by name, and take the time to get to know everyone. Recently remodeled so there is a fresh look to the Cafe and all the appliances which only adds to the speed of things. Highly recommend.

Sometimes it takes me 30 minutes to get a drink and all of the employees seem to hate their job and sometimes the cashier is the nicest person and I'll get my drink while I am still talking to them but I'd say that consistently my drink is what I order and they make it well and that's really what I'm looking for.

Coffee is great as usual but the service on this visit was awful. The barista didn't listen to my order to type it in correctly, it took ten minutes to get a frapp, and when I told the barista that my sink was wrong she snapped that they were short staffed.
