Hello! I hope someone from this Starbucks gets this review. I just wanted to say I keep coming back for the apple crisp oat milk macchiato (hot) and it’s very good! I also keep coming back because the service is very welcoming and friendly. There was one time where I tried to pick up my order around 5:30am and the doors were still mistakenly locked but when I came back the next day they gave me a gift card which was very nice of them! Thank you guys for all you do!

I was at Starbucks just 10 minutes ago, and it was a terrible experience. I asked for a peach green tea, but they gave me a pink drink with sour milk. When I asked if it contained milk, the guy said no, that it was made with coconut milk, but he looked unsure. I didn't want to waste the drink and, being highly lactose intolerant, trusted his answer. In a rush, I left and drank it, and now I'm extremely sick, vomiting, and urgently looking for a bathroom. This is by far the worst experience I've had at Starbucks.

I popped in today for a beverage. I ordered it and waited almost 15 minutes for my drink. Nothing. One of the staff finally asked what I was waiting for; at that moment, I said, "Just give me my refund." Even in that moment, they weren't in the process of making it. Terrible service.

I just went through drive through and got a couple drinks. The drive through line off the street and the exit from onto the one way street are kinda tight. Service was good but was not asked if I'd like my receipt by the window trainee. I would have liked it.

This one is my very favorite Starbucks location because of the kindness and personable attitude of the staff. They are always incredibly nice and make an effort. The day I got married I had a brief conversation with the barista through the drive-thru speaker, mentioned I was getting married that afternoon, and he was genuinely so excited for me it warmed my heart - and my coffee was on the house that morning! Little touches like that makes you really want to go back again and again. Seriously, great location!
Loved this location. I don't usually rate these types of chain restaurants but this is one worth pointing out. It was adjacent to a macaroni place called "Big Wife's Mac n' Cheese". The decor for it added to the uniqueness of the Starbucks too. So, a great environment. The staff were attentive and super friendly. Sorry I did not take photos but check it out when in town.

The “manager” with glasses and a mustache has got to be the most unprofessional person there. To speak about customers while they can hear you is just disrespectful.
