Str8 Out of Philly Cafe, Cheesesteaks & Hoagies

Great food! I got the cheese steak hoagie with almost everything included. You pick, either half or giant. I got the half which was on a 12" sub. The sub had generous amounts of steak and it was delicious and piping hot. The food is halal which is an extra bonus. Customer service was also excellent. I observed them treating other customers and they were very courteous and quick to fix any issues. Can't recommend this enough.

ONLY Spot in Richmond that you can Walk up and say ONE WIZ WIT Sweet Peppers and They know Exactly Watchu are Ordering!! OFFICIAL PHILLY Cheesesteaks Have Sautéed Onions, Steak and cheese Wiz.... IF THEY DON'T have those.... IT'S NOT A PHILLY!!!.... If you put Lettuce, Tomatoes and all that BS on your Philly,,, just gone and Kill Yaself! The REGULAR is a 12" Behemoth... Fries are Seasoned and Crispy and the Limeade was BUSSIN!! DEFINITELY Going Back!

You definitely get your money's worth and all the staff that I encountered were exceptionally nice. Split the giant cheese steak 3 ways with my husband and co worker. I wasn't a fan of the steak (a little too much pepper for my taste) but I'll be back to try something else for sure!!

A good top notch sandwich, good enough to be a authentic cheesesteak. They overfill with meat which is well seasoned and nice fried onions they don’t advertise cheese wiz but it’s available.

When it comes to a Philly cheese steak, hands down they hold the crown. Today was my first experience, custom service was A1. They give you the Philly you are looking for. Worth every penny, on my way out. The guy told me we will see you again and he was right. This is definitely a place you visit if your looking for a Philly in the area.

I’ve ordered there at least 5 times and I’ve never been disappointed. The best Philly in Richmond even for delivery. I can’t order from anyone else..I’ve even called to tell them they can’t be matched. Perfect bread, seasoned meat, etc. I’ve been in Richmond for 10 years and I can’t go to anywhere else. Genuinely I’ve tried places closer/cheaper but it doesn’t compare. If you want an authentic cheesesteak (spicy like I like it) I’m not steering you wrong. Try it out.

That was a cheesesteak religious experience. It was awesome. And, my service was fantastic.

Horrible experience! Sloppy Chicken Philly Sub...packed with mayonnaise over Kill; with no napkins provided or offered. Overly priced 18.00 and the best thing on the menu was $3.50 Limeade? I will NOT be going back!

I came a little early before they opened. They let me in to place my order, which was super sweet because I was super hungry?. I ordered the half vegan cheesesteak with everything except raw onion (receipt attached). I went to wait outside in my vehicle because I had my toddler and baby with me. I wasn't expecting this but they delivered my food to me outside in my car! What excellent and outstanding customer service! I know other parents can really appreciate that type of service especially when you have your little ones with you. Thank you. The vegan cheesesteak tastes absolutely amazing! The best vegan cheesesteak, I have ever tasted. Definitely will be back for this addictively, delish vegan cheesesteak. Thank you for excellent service and excellent food!

Made the mistake of only getting 1 cheesesteak and having to share with my partner. So good!

Thank you for personally responding - impressive! My sub was excellent. My son, who doesn't like anything, loved MY sub! Having manners will get you every time. Next time I won't offer any.

Today Sunday September 12th 2021 I went to this restaurant to for the first time ever.I ordered half Halal Italian Turkey Hoagie. Halal Turkey Salami, Halal Turkey Pastrami and Halal Turkey Ham was exceptionally delicious!I also bought a Bean Pie and the Salmon Cheese steak. The food and srvice was great! I was very impressed. The owner was there and the young lady who waited on me were both very friendly and kind. Extremely hospitable

I usually get the cheese steak, but this time I tried the club hoagie on a toasted bun. And it was Great, only ate half and will have the other half for lunch. There aren't too many dishes that Chef Hassan prepares that I haven't enjoyed. He has catered many functions for my family and we really enjoy eating food from his restaurant.

First experience was phenomenal, went at lunch on a weekday.Second experience, friday at 6 pm, brought a friend, not too great.After a 15 min wait, it then took an additional 20 minutes for the vegan cheese steak to be ready, which meant one sandwich sat there for an extra 20 min after being made. Then we got home and the regular cheese steak that was ordered was not in the bag. Instead it was a chicken cheese steak with no cheese. Tasted good, just not what I expected.I'm not giving up on them yet. I'll give them a third shot and adjust my review accordingly.

Cheesesteak is on fire. Don’t come for the Giant unless you want to call out for work tomorrow night or day
