The employee Friday evening came from the back. Passed the sink. Proceeds to put her hair in a ponytail and put gloves on afterwards as if I'm still gonna let her touch my food. I walked out immediately. That's disgusting. Train these food handlers the basics of hand washing. Gonna lose customers if not handled.

Its only for people inside the hospital

It's Subway. In a hospital. The service was pleasant and efficient. It was clean and all the food items looked fresh.

I usually buy ice cream from this subway often but when I asked the "NEW" girl with long braid( I didn't get her name) for two scoops of ice cream she looked at me with an attitude and then gave me this. I shook it and came back to her opened the top and told her this isn't two scoops she said yes they are. Seems so hard to find good customer service . THIS SUBWAY IS USUALLY ALWAYS VERY GOOD. I'm assuming the new girl didn't feel like scooping ice cream .

It's a Subway in the hospital. It's convenient. And it does all the things you'd expect a Subway to do... Give you sandwiches. Umm... Not much else to say about it.

Good night service

So I would say in the last 6 months I have had this experience twice of going into the subway when they are busy and the person starts my meatball sub then starts making another person sub and mine sits there after it's been toasted just sitting. This particular time my sub sat so long that it really wasn't good by the time I got it. Sometimes the Sandwich Artist are so busy chatting everyone up that it's like okay I appreciate that we're trying to have a society here but could you just make my sandwich please and stop with this customer about whatever? all in all I know eventually I'll end up in Subway again and it's always just fine. Just fine.

It's a typical Subway, but what makes it great is its location. This spot is open late if you are in need of a meal at the hospital, and definitely if you are tired of hospital food. I've had decent service when I come here, one or few times I meet less than happy workers who seem like they want to be somewhere else...but hey, they still made a decent sandwich. It's usually not very crowded, and if there is a line: it moves fast.

The Spicy Italian was ok, but I was impressed with the pastrami melt. It had a good amount of meat on it for a Subway sandwich.

I currently work here so for all intents and purposes, I'm more than qualified to rate and review this place. First off, the location is actually pretty decent. It's in a hospital [which are places that run 24/7] and the cafeteria closes pretty early. These guys stay open until Midnight [on weekdays]. The food is what you would expect. Average but still pretty tasty. Sandwiches, salads, and pizzas [it might just be because it's a hospital, but I was extremely surprised to find out just how many people got the pizza at Subway], chips, drinks, yada yada. Now let's get into the nitty gritty. Now that I've been working here for only a very small while, I've been able to observe some.. hmm.. not so great things. The chips? Not too good of a chance in finding an uncrushed bag, but if it's fresh you want, get from the back of the standing rack, not the counter rack or front of the standing rack. We fill it from back forward. They get crushed due to us being told to check for bad bags [the air leaks] by squishing them. Did I mention we get paid only minimum wage? That's right. And no, we don't just make your sandwich/pizza/salad. So.... things tend to slide. Our gloves? Might want to ask us to change them. I once went from fixing a sandwich to handling cash [think of where those $1's have been..] to making another sub to handling a credit card to... etc etc. You get the idea. Pretty nasty once you think about it. Let's talk about containers. Now, I was enrolled in a pastry arts program so I know all about washing dishes. Hot water = clean, yes? You won't find hot water here unless I've been working [I actually make sure to change out the water then fill it back up]. Instead when I first started to work, I always found the water to be cold with almost zero soap in there. Same with the sanitizing liquid. So even still, let's say that I managed to change the water out so it's nice and hot. Since I'm in a hurry, all I did was dunk those more than a dozen containers into the hot sudsy water, rinse, dunk into the sanitizing solution [which dishes sit in there for at LEAST a minute], pull it back out, then set it on the rack above.... and I really doubt those racks have ever been cleaned. I didn't bother scrubbing anything, as long as I couldn't see particles of food [scratched this one tomato seed off with a thumbnail]. Moving on to non-food stuff. Those tables and chairs you're sitting at and on? Yeaaaah.... we use this "rag" [is there a term for something even less than a rag?] that doesn't have soap or sanitizing solution on it, and barely any hot water [it's usually just cold] and we quickly wipe that down. No spray, no actual clean. So all that bacteria is crawling and festering all over there [yes, that rag is quite nasty]. The mop... oh Lord, the mop. Does anyone actually still use mops these days? Well, I know we do... and that thing is wretched. I think each time we "wipe" the floor "clean" it actually gets even more dirty. They [and if you haven't figured it out by this point, "they" means the managers/higher ups/owner[s] and whatnot] have instructed us to use only a partial bit of this itty bitty little cleaning solution for the mop water. When I'm alone or I'm working with non-management types, I do the honorable thing and actually use an entire packet like you're supposed to... I don't know about other people but I'd rather the floor be at least somewhat clean.. So, there you have it. My "little" review of the Subway I currently [and hopefully not too much longer] work at. I think the cleanest things are our hands because we wash them in front of you and the glass in front. We actually use this special cleaning spray with paper towels, not a grimy and bacteria ridden rag! I'm not sure how the other Subways run the
