Chamberlayne location Delivered me a Sandwich with just bread lettuce and tomato? Completely messed up my entire order…to include the meat, and every thing else I put on it. Huge waste of money and tip??? It was a $23 order. WTH?
The staff had a nasty attitude. Me and my fiance went to grab a bite to eat and the staff ignored him and acted like they didn't care. The bathrooms were filthy. The other employee left and went to the metro pcs beside the subway and had an attitude as well. I definitely don't recommend this subway.

The man that works there can’t speak English or read what’s on the menu. I went to grab an applesauce and drink for my son’s kids meal and he kept saying he didn’t charge me for that. But he did. & I said a kids meal OVER AND OVER. Even pointed so he can read it. He was very nice but just needs a little refresher on the meals and someone there to help translate.

Placed an order on the app and it was prepared wrong. We ordered a salad bowl and the #30 sub called The Monster. The Sub was supposed to have a 1/2 pound of meat, but it did not. It was missing the onions, pickles, mayo and dressing. They added the onions, pickles and dressing onto the salad. I usually don't come to this location, but I was on the way home. My, my.

Never again will I come to THIS subway . At first I ordered from grub hub and thought maybe that was the problem but NO it’s the two young men working in there that don’t know what they’re doing . My sub is NEVER cut through all the way and my daughter 6inch wasn’t cut at all on both occasions. This subway need somebody with more experience.

Yesterday I came to subway and they were closed really early even though it wasn’t close to 7:00? ? So I went back home and came back today. I ordered online pickup and when I got there my food wasn’t made!! He said bc they didn’t have the pizza I ordered. Anyway…The guy cooking my food didn’t read the receipt how I wanted my food,he just put random amount even though I asked for specific instructions. I asked for my blt toasted and He only cooked the bacon? ? The cheese and flatbread wasn’t cooked!!! Who wants a cold BLT? The meatball marinara sauce was little. I wanted more pepper less salt. The salt and pepper was mixed together in the same shaker? ? One of my subs was salty. I’m gonna stop eating out LOL it’s a waste of time and money! Make homemade and you can cook it how ever you want!!!!

Top Tier love is in here, there's a beautiful hearted woman here, She loves people of all colors and nationalities, she will remember your order if you come more than once. My sandwiches are made with Love!!! I only eat at places with great energy. COME THROUGH. Oh I almost forgot they don't have all the cookies flavors though????

Today I went to Subway at 2612 chamberlayne Avenue I want a 2 ft Long Cold cut subs the meat was so thin I don't know what the hell they put on my subs but I could not taste nothing but bread and I stopped going to Subway years ago I went back to triumph they're just as worse as it was I would recommend to my employees never to go there
