charged extra rung me up for one of their specialty sub rates when I got a regular meatball marinara and the man tells me that’s because he doesn’t know where the button is . so he charges me $3 extra hoping i wouldn’t catch it smh bad business

This location is horrible. I was giving them another chance after he served me a stale churro on my last visit. The worker is awful and unhygienic. He made the customer infront of me a meatball sub and once I got home I noticed there's tomato sauce on my wrapper and some on my sandwich. It was just a waste of money, I have a small child and wasn't going back to get new food. He doesn't know how to properly ring up the orders. I tried to use a gift card and he tells me it doesn't work because he didn't know how to key it in. I won't be going back.

When I came into the establishment, the employee was on the phone, with a customer standing right in front of him waiting for some service. I asked how long had she been waiting, and she said five minutes. Then she turned around and left. I asked him are you going to take my order, he pointed to the phone. I turned around and left. I don't get much time for lunch
