When I came into the establishment, the employee was on the phone, with a customer standing right in front of him waiting for some service. I asked how long had she been waiting, and she said five minutes. Then she turned around and left. I asked him are you going to take my order, he pointed to the phone. I turned around and left. I don't get much time for lunch

I used to love this location but over the past couple of month’s they’ve been terrible. Got my order completely wrong once, gave me the wrong sandwich. Then I ordered curbside and they never came out and when I went inside they hadn’t even made the sandwich and said the curbside wasn’t working. In addition they have been skimping really badly on the toppings. I don’t eat meat so Im like how you skimping on lettuce Sir? Going to BCR location. Much better over there!
