The food was good. The service is not good. I paid 18$ for a #10 foot long meal. He charged for something I didn’t even get. My meal support to be at least 15$ but I paid more than that. Also, my mother had gotten the tuna sub meal for 6.99$ but he changed her 13.69$ for that. So I told him that he overcharged her the only thing he could say was “I'm sorry”. He called his manager to see what he does but I think the manager told him he would be there at 6 or 7 o’clock. I also asked to talk to the manager but he didn’t want to talk to me. Once he hung up with his manager he refused to give me something else. I asked him to just give me a cookie he ignored me for two minutes then he finally gave me the cookie. Also, I meant to mention he said my mother doesn't ask for the meal but she asks him questions before she gets it. Also, the 6.99$ meal comes with two cookies or a bag of chips, he only gives her one bc he said she only asked for one. If you come to this restaurant make sure you look at your receipt bc they will get off on you. 0/10 I will not recommend anybody come here bc they will overcharge you.

My order was never delivered and the manager was rude and hung up in my face
Used the app to place a single order. Accidentally placed two and the service was insane about working with me.
The app was glitching when I ordered and said error. It emptied my cart after, so I assumed the order didn’t go through. I made another one that did actually go through. When I showed up there were two sandwhiches. I tried to explain it must’ve been an accident bc the app was glitchy and I nicely asked if they could void the second, identical order and keep it. I only wanted one. The guy refused and said it wasn’t possible because they were already made. They weren’t even touched yet. I get if I took them both and ate them both. It’s crazy to me he couldn’t void the order, or tell me how to void it, and then just give me the one sandwich. It was clearly a mistake. The app said “error 404” after I placed it so clearly I thought the first order didn’t go through.

I ordered at 207p, at 339p "order almost ready" arrived at 355, waited in line and told 15 minutes! I asked if he could make my sandwich and he said no person behind you is next. I ordered 1 hr 50 min early and the rude male worker could not make my sandwich, nor did he have it made! This is what MOST Subways are today..customer is LAST! Today I visited this location twice..first & LAST time. Go To JERSEY MIKE's, Wawa, Sheetz, anyplace but this or any Subway. Inside the music was very loud & worker very rude

Placed two separate mobile app orders and he canceled one of them instead of owning up to it he said file a dispute.. I know why he canceled the order because he wouldn't be making the full price amount for two footlong subs which was what I ordered for $7.33 he gave me one order but canceled the other one I paid for both.. he was very rude and nasty I definitely will not be going back ...

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The way the owner ( I believe ) spoke to me and other customers was quite rude and unprofessional, which made me lose interest in returning. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Subway isn’t what it used to be. Try next door.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARN, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Ordered $66.42 worth of food for dinner through the Subway App. Doordash was assigned to deliver the order. Order never arrived! Doordash sent me a text stating the store had modified or canceled my order and I needed to contact the store. I called, NO ANSWER. I received an email from Subway stating my order had been canceled and my funds would be credit back to my card within 7 days. I never received my refund. When I contacted the manager he stated he had a line full of customers and would look into the matter and call me back. NEVER DID! I gave him some time to fix it then I went to the store with copies of the email, the text from Doordash, my credit card statement showing it was paid only for him to tell us that Doordash canceled my order and another dasher picked up my order. We were told to contact Doordash because it wasn't anything he could do even though his store received the money. Ok, when we contacted Doordash they were very pleasant and explained that the dasher canceled the order because the store had closed and was unable to retrieve my order (the store was to close at 9:30pm but closed sooner). The representative went as far as to explained that they had not received the tip or fee from this order, the store kept the $66.42! We were told that if we went through Doordash they would automatically credit us but since the store did the charge and recovered the funds there was nothing they could do and that we should talk to the manager again. Never will we order from this place again, manager was rude and just stole our money!!

So today i faced an unusual situation at subway. I placed order for pickup through app using my points. When i arrived to pick up my order the guy working told me to use the points to different store . He do not want me to serve with happy face he was looking angry because i use points to get the subway. So now i have to think before getting sandwich from this location.

This is my favorite subway! The Gentleman, who I think he owns it most definitely runs it is so nice. The place is always clean . Service fantastic! I go out of my way to eat here. I will not go to any other Subway.

Very cheap, trying to save as much money as possible and cutting corners. Food is not worth it and the people that work there are extremely rude. Go to a different subway, there are plenty others in the area.
