Terrible service, made it seem like it’s a huge bother going in to order something. The girl was in a rush and annoyed for whatever reason but couldn’t even remember what I asked for? (It was not even full) I would not recommend coming to this location. Note: it is weird you’re not able to see any of the meats & cheeses.

The new menu has some really good choices. The mexicali sub had just the right amount of spice and heat. The inside of the restaurant was white and clean. I will definitely go back for more sandwiches.

My partner and I went there last night for dinner and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at the AMAZING service we received. I did not get her name but the person making our sandwiches went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I have been going to subway for a long time and have not had a customer service experience like that! Hopefully the owners will see this and give them a bonus or raise!!! I know how hard that kind of job is and it is difficult to maintain pleasantries day after day.

Good luck if you're on lunchbreak. You will not be served in any kind of timely manner as online/Doordarsh/whatever will take highest priority in this establishment. Visited and the in store line grew longer and longer while 4th in line walking in took almost 30 minutes to order and get out while online order after order was prepared promptly. People walking in taking time out of their day to visit an establishment should have some kind of priority as word of mouth travels quickly. I know it's probably not the employees fault as they have to probably meet metrics or something but it may be a management issue with only having 2 employees visible in store during lunch hours.

Cashier refused to take my order in store until she completed online orders. The cashier told me it would be 30 or more minutes before she could take my order. I asked if she could make mine in between online orders since I was already in the store but she refused and got an attitude so I left and took my money elsewhere. Rude customer service and understaffed store.

Worst service and sub I ever had.Went to this location to get 3 subs and all 3 were dry and nasty.This is my second time going to this location and its the same 2 girls they didn't bother speaking when we walked in and one was on the cell phone fusing at someone when we walked in and when it came down to making our subs they both act like we were bothering them,They were very nasty and rude.I will never eat their again.

I have been eating here for a while now and the owner tried to keep the place going. Subway itself is a little too greasy. They constantly cutting the food and upping the price. Now days they don't even put salami In Italian cold cut sandwich but the price has increased by over $2.00. oh well I guess good buyer SUBWAY, it was delicious knowing you.?

The hours listed on Google are wrong as stated at the restaurant its hours are 9 am to 9 pm. The subs are decent here though and the hours being wrong on Googles page is just unfortunate.

Wife ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad and the salad came with zero lettuce. Who tf makes a salad with no lettuce... the main ingredient?? And no, she didn't pick an option for no lettuce.

I feel a little silly writing a review for a chain location, but I was honestly pretty shocked by the reviews on here. We live right around the corner from this Subway and eat here with some regularity. I have never had any issues with the staff or the quality of my food here. The line always moves incredibly quickly if there is one, my veggies are always crunchy and fresh. Unlike a lot of other chain restaurants in the area, I have never had a mistake made on my order. While the staff is not the friendliest, they are not paid to become my best friend or treat me like I'm theirs. I appreciate their efficiency and the friendliness they do provide and consider the customer service here to be great for those reasons. My husband and I come here a few times a month and have never had an issue, other than a few occasions when they were incredibly busy and seemed short-staffed and a bit flustered.
