Handwritten excuses to avoid following corporate policies, cheap and refuse to accept valid unexpired coupons cause of their "handwritten" signs saying they won't accept corporate coupons for their subs. Just go to the subway down the street, they accept all coupons AND corporate deals/events/discounts. Not even an extra 5 minutes away either. This store won't be here long.

The service wasn’t too bad but when asking for the bathroom key a man gave the person making our sandwich the key, and he handed it to us…then continued making our sandwich… with the same gloves he used to grab the bathroom key. In that moment I lost my appetite. Then after going into the bathroom I was appalled at how dirty the bathroom was. There was urine on the floor and the toilet, and it just seemed like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while. On top of that the floors also looked like they haven’t been swept in weeks. One of the tins where they keep the vegetables also looked like it hadn’t been washed, and the lettuce looked old. In summary, this place doesn’t seem sanitary, i’m scared to think what the back may look like.

Worst subway around. Avoid. I've tried this location about 4 times as it's convenient in location. Somehow, they always mess up the most simple of orders. Swapping out cookies for different kinds. Not adding toppings requested on sandwiches. Not the place I'd order from if you want to eat what you order. Will not be placing any further orders with them.

The owner/manager, an older Indian gentleman, is very rude and cheap. He doesn't accept any Subway coupons and he tries to force a tip on all transactions. He became dismissive and short with me when I declined to tip. Since he didn't accept a valid coupon, I'm not tipping. Do your job, dude.

Whoever was working on sep 6th 2023 at around 8:20pm was not very friendly. First off, no one was to be found for about five minutes when my fiancé walked in…. Oh well but that’s how it started off. Then the guy kept trying to close the sandwich before my fiancé was even closed to finished telling him what we needed… he did this multiple times! Which is so rude. Then my fiancé asked for extra onions (like he wantted ten possibly) and the guy said he was going to have to charge him extra for onions? ? I mean if that’s the policy then okay, but no subway has ever told us that before. So the person who was serving us was just very rude and lazy trying to close our subs so quickly before my fiancé could ask him for anything else. Also there was no one else in the store so there was no reason for him to be rushing us. Good service goes a long way…. I know that it’s “just” subway, but good service is appropriate no matter where you go! Bad service almost makes the food taste disgusting because you know that bad energy is on it. ?

If you order this for delivery or takeout do not pay extra for double meat or extra cheese or any of those add-ons. You will not receive it. If you order in person and ask for any extra veggies you will get glared at by the manager the entire time. And he likes to charge you extra for asking for more even if you only get two veggies on your sandwich. This is a spot where you pay $20 for a sad little sandwich while getting ugly looks if you order in person and you won't get what you ordered if you order online. Go elsewhere.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. Immediately I apologized for the mistake and asked for my order to be corrected. The GSM/owner stated that this request could not be approved and that I would need to pay EXTRA... Never in my life have I experienced such low class customer service. Will not be returning.

My visit here was terrible! I attempted to place an online order to get an advertised special and to avoid waiting inside, but for some reason it wouldn't go through. I went inside and asked the man working if I could get the same special by ordering inside since the online system wasn't working and showed him where the online system was rejecting orders. First he told me no, because that restaurant didn't participate in the special. So I showed him where my order to that restaurant had the special discount but just wouldn't submit. Next the manager comes out, I explained the same thing to him and showed him where the online system wasn't working. All he did was show me an old receipt where someone placed an online order. I ended up leaving and ordering subs from another restaurant. Terrible service!
