Came here because their online hours stated that they were open. However, upon arrival they were closed with new hours posted on the door.

This is actually just a quick shout out to one of my favorite restaurants. It's a Subway, obviously. Closest one to my office in downtown Richmond. I stop in here a couple of times a week. What I like best about it is the staff. They are all friendly, helpful, and a lot of fun. And, I am a creature of habit. I know what I want when I come in and make it the way I always like it.

Who ever owns this franchise may want to do a pop in!!! The store is poorly keep even though they just opened for the day.My visit was brief I walk in a man with ski mask and pants around his ass approach's the door with a infant and then hands it off to the employee, and she address me are you placing a order I say yes but neither her or her coworker looked like they worked there . I left not knowing what was really going on in this store .

Don't waste your time, walk another couple of blocks to Potbelly! I only had a few minutes to step away from work, so I opted for Subway versus other sit-down options. I walked in, and only one person was in front of me. Great, but uh wait, I should have seen the warning signs. The person in front of me ordered a BLT. The sandwich artist prepping his sub didn't put enough bacon on it, only 4 slices for a footlong. The lady at the register said, "Girl, where's the rest of his bacon, it is supposed to have 8 slices for a footlong?" So she grabbed 3 1/2 more slices and warmed them in the toaster. I was like oh, well, I need to figure out what I want.I took the first thing on the menu, "6 - Philly Steak & Cheese, which supposedly comes with steak, 2x provolone cheese, peppers, onions, and mayo (as stated in the menu description on the wall behind the sandwich artist). The first thing I was asked was, "Uh, did you want a "6?" Thinking to myself, no problem, she's just making sure but if she stopped singing the song on the radio, she might have heard me. I said, "Yes, that sounds good, I'll have a "6-Philly Steak!" Just to reiterate my order! She proceeds in placing the steak on the bread and only puts a scoop and a half of meat all while singing. She then looks at the lady at the register and says, "Is this enough meat?" The lady says "Uh, I don't care!" Not trying to be rude, I try to politely say "Well, it really isn't very much, I'd like more!" Well, that went ignored, and continued singing. She proceeds to then ask, "Do you want cheese with that?" I reply, "Yes, I'll take the provolone that comes with the Philly!" She places the cheese on what steak is there and puts it into the toaster. After pulling the sub out of the toaster, "She asks, so what do you want on it?" So I respond, "Doesn't the Philly come with peppers, onions, and mayo?" She responds, "Uh, I didn't know if you wanted them or not!" "Do you want me to toast the onions and peppers, it will take 13 seconds?" My response was, "Sure!" Well after putting on 3-4 small slices of onions and peppers, she puts my sub back into the toaster and continues singing. When it comes out, she places it on the counter for the lady at the register to wrap and said, "Oh, do you want anything else on it?" Here we go, "Yes, I would like mayo, lettuce, black olives, and banana peppers." Well, let's say the lettuce didn't make it on my sandwich, and I would have liked tomatoes but didn't even see them out so I didn't bother asking.I know it's not a big deal because it is only a Subway, but as a customer, I didn't feel heard, I felt underserved and over-charged for what I paid for the sub. I have no problem with singing, as she had a nice voice and if it helps an employee keep pace and a happy attitude, I'm all for it, but apparently, she can't work and sing at the same time. Honestly, my opinion is that she just doesn't care. For some reason and begrudgingly, I went ahead and tipped because it automatically comes up on the payment device and now I've spent more time providing a review, a total waste of my time!

Bad customer service. Due to a mixup in understanding my order, a sandwich was prepared wrong. When I requested it be corrected, the sandwich maker said I was holding up the line. Then they started arguing amongst themselves about it. At one point, one of them said it was my fault. Point blank. No regards to the customer.

The staff here is fantastic. The restaurant is clean. The food was fresh, and made correctly. The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is my go to, and love that this location is a quick walk from work. Always nice to get out and get fresh air in my lunch break.

First time visiting any subway for about 4 years. It has gotten very expensive for FL sandwich chips and drink for $15. That is restaurant level prices which I will keep in mind going forward.

the workers are very rude, they speak badly about you with their colleagues in front of you, if you ask about the bathroom they tell you that they don't care, none of the three should be working in customer service

It's clearly stated on google maps, aswell as on their front door that they're open until 3PM. What they mean is they lock the doors at 2:30pm and they leave at 3PM. State your hours clearly, liers.
