I made an online order and it was made completely wrong !!! When I returned to the store to request a refund for a $12 combo meal, no one wanted to provide assistance or quality customer service.
When I told them that I was unhappy, they seemed unconcerned. I spoke with the OWNER of this specific issue franchise and he had the worst customer service that I have EVER experienced.
THE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE AND FOUGHT ME OVER A $12 COMBO !!!

The guy that made our sandwiches had a great conversation with my son and I. He even have him some advice on how to be successful in the future which I thought was wonderful. He even asked if he was looking for a job, got him an application and set it where the owner would see it as soon as he came back. Wonderful people and service

I have been to this subway 3 times now because it is the closest in my area but the employees always act like they don’t want to serve you and give you an attitude every time you ask for something extra I don’t recommend coming here if because these people will treat you like trash .

The food was fine, normal subway food. The service was completely terrible. The two women were completely rude. It felt like we were bothering them, even though we weren’t asking for anything out of the normal. I asked for extra cheese sauce for my pretzel and it seemed like I was asking for something insane. I also noticed a sign saying they were refusing to accept coupons because business had been so bad recently. I’m not surprised it’s bad, you’re all very rude! Also I’m not sure you can do that, Subway is a franchise.

I had a coupon but they said I could only use it for the build your own. I just wanted an Italian but apparently that wasn’t an option. So I asked for the cold cut combo. They said it was ham, salami and bologna. Fine. Got home and it was just bologna. Not sure if that was a mistake or just because I was using a coupon but either way not anywhere close to what I went in for. Why do they bother printing coupons if they don’t want you to use them??
Nice location. Very clean. Subway has definitely gone up in price, but we get some great coupons for them and they do make a tasty sandwich
Vegetarian options: As with any sandwich shop. You can leave off the meat, but no vegan options because the bread has eggs, milk

The word sub is literally in your name and you can’t even get the right bread for my order. Specifically ordered regular Italian bread no cheese and you gave me bread with parmesan. Couldn’t eat it because I’m lactose intolerant.
