Indian lady is rude she shouldn’t be a manager or whatever she is because I’ve gone multiple times and she gets smart with customers simply asking reasonable questions HR should definitely look into her because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one dealing with her sassy mess

Mobile Ordered the nachos footlong with double meat for $5.75. Got to the store and they say can’t make it and ran out of ingredients. They couldn’t refund or do anything. They wanted to give me a free bag of chips. Like come on. When I said no they gave me dipper worth $3.00. Terrible service. If you don’t have it, don’t offer it on the app.

Personally I never had an issues with this store and it’s a convenient location. I was a little upset there wasn’t any Italian herb and cheese bread but I’m ok with white too. Landon and Apar were really nice and my food was prepared really well too. Tastes and looks good especially after a long shift. Will come again soon

I ordered a sub online, got home. The sub was cold and it was the wrong bread. I've had problems with this Subway before, but I kept trying to give them a chance I'm done now.

Every time I order online they can't get my order right i will no longer give this restaurant my business over 4 times wrong.
I ordered through the app and basically my entire order was wrong and when you try calling the store there's no answer.
The Subway at Meadowdale is, without a doubt, the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a toasted steak and cheese with bacon, expecting a hot, satisfying sandwich. Instead, I was handed an ice-cold, un-toasted mess straight from the cooler. The bacon? Wet, floppy, and unappetizing—a sad excuse for something that should’ve been crispy and delicious. It was like biting into soggy cardboard layered with half-hearted toppings. This wasn’t just bad service; it was complete incompetence. If you’re craving disappointment and regret, this is your place. Otherwise, steer clear—I’ll never be back.

I ordered doordash last night from here. Next morning, I’m so nauseous I had to pull over twice on the way to work! I’m at work hunched over all day from my stomach hurting. FINALLY threw up and it was nothing but subway, I believe it was food poisoning.. due to sanitary issues. Once I threw it up I felt instantly better ..
They got roaches…saw 1 crawl to the other side of the register right after I swiped my card. That was my last time buying there.

Very rude and nasty bugs in the fountain drinks
The woman preparing the food was very RUDE. She asked me, What did I want? I told her I would like a flat bread veggie delight. The woman put the wrong topping on my sandwich and then blamed me. Her body language was very unwelcoming and damn near hostile. I let her know after paying that it was very rude to ask a customer, What do they want instead of may I help you or another polite gesture. She offered no apologies nor did I expect one from such an unprofessional person. She was more welcoming to the person that came in as she was preparing my sandwich which makes me think “other factors” were at play. I’m very upset I made the purchase and will not ever return there.
