This is the worst subway in Richmond they rude as hell employees nasty and they act like they don't speak no English I wouldn't recommend no to this subway the service is the worst point blank I give them 0 stars

Ordered online and both of my sandwiches were wrong. When I tried to speak with a employee about it the next day I was told I should have brought the sandwiches in. Truthful honesty the sandwiches were horrible. Wrong sauces on wrong sandwiches and burnt bread. I was told to contact Kim who I does not think that even exist. Will not get a refund back or the order will not be remade. Beware when you were ordering from this location
I got so sick about two hours after eating. Oddly, as soon as the subway came out, I felt better. Yall really gotta make sure you cook that meat. Meatballs did look odd, but I didn’t think anything of it. They were probably left in the little container for a while. They weren’t steaming hot as they are any other time I’ve ordered a meatball sub.
My guess is they’re leaving ingredients out far longer than safe. Need an inspection.

Quick, orders are correct. But it would be great if I didn’t see the young lady with her head nearly in the condiments having a full blown conversation loosing spittle on someone’s meal. Almost like she was trying to hide that she’s clearly having an animated conversation. The fella I think is the Lead or AMGR just looked at her like he wanted to say something. But didn’t.
Need corporate number this location needs to be shut down

This Subway is a fairly new location rebuilt,,, when I entered the building I asked the clerk about my coupon before I ordered, so we chatted for a second and I asked him once again could I get another type of meat because he said earlier that I couldn't get a type of sandwich, so then he said very unprofessional I just told you that you only can get bologna ham and turkey,,, I said to him you told me I couldn't get the whatever kind of beef it was with the coupon, and then he said to me I can't give you something the owners don't want us to give you weather is on the coupon or not this is what they told us you only can get with that coupon. But the coupon I was holding had a beef sandwich on it,,, so then I told him to tone it down because I was just asking a question,,, and he continued to try and argue with me so I said to him I'll just go to another store,,, I will never go to this store again,,, he talked very nasty to me from the beginning,,, customer service is on zero,,, I left that building and I will never go back,

Large and comfortable interior, friendly servers. Food was an average subway food.
The owner is there, he sits at the register. He has disabled in-app discounts (subway demands they be honored but he's figured a work-around) so your app order won't process payment. Your only option is to stand in line the traditional method and get rang up.
The owner will look you dead in the eye with a smile on his face and tell you he applied the combo deal to your food, but you will see when you get your receipt that he rings all items up individually a-la-carte to charge customers more.
I feel sorry for the man, he clearly is in over his head or something with operating costs and building costs, and I read about how trapped subway owners are in their bad business investments.
But I just don't like this man because he seems extremely sleezy.
I'm not going to report him to corporate because I don't know his backstory (clearly immigrant family) but I'll never shop here again.
I'm pretty sure he thinks Americans are all stupid people he can take advantage of.
Very clean. Good service. Not far off highway.

I keep coming back to this Subway because of work, but let me tell you—this is probably one of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to. Every time, it’s the same disappointment. They barely give you any toppings, even when you specifically ask for extra. I asked for extra spinach and the lady literally added one additional leaf. It feels like you’re just eating plain bread—and not even good bread. It tasted stale, like it was from the day before.
The meat was practically nonexistent, and don’t even get me started on the cookies. They were dry, flavorless, and just bad overall.
This was the final straw. I will not be coming back, and I absolutely do not recommend this location. Save your money and go somewhere else.
They charge way more than any other subway I’ve been to. 18.17 for a regular turkey sub with bacon. Please don’t go here. They are getting over. Sending their money back overseas. Bread solid as a damn rock but want to charge 18 damn dollars
Nice staff but they are very stingy with the meat. Steak n cheese sub and got mostly bread and toppings two times now. Im good on this location. Ill BOGO at a different location going forward.
A person is always at the register asking what the order is…. The man in the wheelchair or his wife. Before you can tell the subway employee what you want on your sub, the person at the register is already asking for a payment. I paid over 50$ for 3 subs….. twice. Plain subs… no extras. Stupid me! I realized this when I happened upon a receipt and reviewed it….. the owner overcharged me for those 3 subs again. I wish I could take down the subway sign that I -95 travelers can see.
Couple in the older model brown Toyota Corolla that’s works there are closing the restaurant 30 mins or more before closing. I watch them lock the front door and left out the back door after closing the restaurant an hour early.
