I ordered 2 footlong subs through the app. Picked up 2 subs and realized one of the subs was wrong as soon as we got home and opened. I called right away to explain the mistake. I was very pleasant as I realized mistakes can happen in a busy environment. Marcos told me he needed to call the manager and requested I call back in 5 minutes. I thought that was odd, but did as asked. When I called back, I was told the manager (Justin) said the correct sub would not be made and that I could speak with him tomorrow. I am angry and told Marcos as much and that I would be expressing the same with Justin tomorrow! I'm hungry now! I want the correct sub I ordered and paid for now! Not tomorrow! I will NOT be ordering from this location again and I wanted to let others know what kind of management team is running this location!!

Just wanted to use bathroom before ordering and was told it was closed because he just finished cleaning it. Then proceeded to tell me the 711 that never lets anyone use the bathroom that they have one. If you're open your bathroom is open too if it's operational. And based off their words it was open. Bad customer service at it's finest. No one they have such a rotating staff 😞

Shut down this place asap!!!! You need to educate your employees on how to make the sandwich and read the instructions before making it. Order number 1B7BC611-D9 and got the sandwich with not even 1 full line of sauces and veggies in it as if the employee has to throw something out of his pocket.
SHUT IT DOWN OR YOU ARE LOOSING LOCAL CUSTOMERS.

This location recently got a makeover, and the inside looks very good. However some of the new staff do not think about the customer's and only about themselves. There are companies like UPS, Pitman, Amazon, and other delivery companies that spend money at subway all throughout the day and to shut down the bathroom where you can't even wash you hands is not good service at all. Most UPS employees work more than one shift, so when they go to the subway, most often, they are in between shifts for lunch. Subway, you have to do better.
