Didn't get to try the food, was told be right with you so I waited 5 minutes and no one came to take my order. Got a job to do not wait for all the employees to get done in the back room

Every time we order all food is as requested an filled to our liking ask for oil an vinegar the sandwich is soaked to our liking sandwiches are awesome looking the staff love their job an it shows a few of the other stores I went to do not share the same joy in their work

Vegetarian options: Staff are friendly ask you how you want your sandwich or order an they make it to your liking

Dietary restrictions: If no salt they remove salt from menu if you are a vegetarian they honor your request if you want it toasted they do an if not they don't

Kid-friendliness: Cookies are at child level so kids see them I like their cookies as well

Wheelchair accessibility: Some stores offer handicap parking an some do not the store I go to does have handicap parking

Stop here omw home from work all the time for dinner.They always do my babies' pizzas special for them, and everything is always fresh.Good people, and they load up the sandwiches

Very worst experience ever. The two women behind the counter were so rude they were complaining about me in front of me. Apparently they feel an order for four sandwiches is a catering order and should be placed in advanced online. They were completely put out by having to make four sandwiches and complained the whole time. Then I asked for an Italian and that really set them of complainung that I was ordering wrong. Instead of taking the time to explain subway has a hot Italian and a normal Italian which is not called an Italian but called a BTM. We will not be going back I am nervous about eating this food when they so mad about doing the tasks at their job.

I used to love coming here for lanora. Our leprechaun lady ran this store so well. A black lady with tattoos on her arms was literally so rude this morning. I hate this place now and will never come back. I work in the area alot and they have gone WAY down hill. I can't believe they let people like that work there. Good luck getting your food. She literally didn't want us ordering cuz she didn't want to make the food. I also had to pay twice because she was in such a rush she couldn't do our orders together. Even though me my fiancee and my coworker all got the same thing. I've tipped people working there 5-20$ because I loved the atmosphere. But now Its just awful. The store was already slow as it was and the ATM was always broken. And now the subway ducks. Worst subway experience ever. this is from a customer that came to this specific one FOR YEARS. YEARS.

This is the absolute worst Subway I’ve ever encountered. They are periodically out of bread. Instead, I once asked for a salad on one of the occasions where there was no bread, they made a salad in the smallest bowl ever and still charged me full price. They spontaneous started to close at 3p. I understand that there are a number of staff shortages going on but this is ludicrous.

This store is located inside the market of a Valero gas station. I was unable to order using the Subway app on a Friday. The app reports this store as closed on Thursdays & Fridays. Not true. The store is open, but only from 7 - 3 pm everyday. Apparently they have staffing issues here. I've noticed a high turnover of folks behind the counter. The last few times I've visited, the staff was a bit slow, but were obviously learning the menu/prep. They were friendly and made a good sandwich though - so no problems! Behind the counter was really clean and all ingredients appeared fresh.
