I am extremely disappointed with the way my situation was handled by this Subway location and feel customers deserve to know what happened.
On November 14, 2025, I placed an order through Subway.com and paid with a $35.44 Subway gift card. The order was prepared, but the delivery driver arrived after closing, so I never received my food. The store later marked the order as “voided – rejected order.” Despite this, my $35.44 was never refunded.
I contacted Subway multiple times through the official Contact Us form, and corporate never responded. The only reply I received was from the owner because my complaint was forwarded to them, and even then, the promised refund never happened.
When I spoke with the store directly, including in person, the owner Mr.Z admitted the order was voided but insisted there was “no money to return.” This is simply not true. The order was processed, the food was made, and the money was removed from my gift card. It is unacceptable for a business to void an order, keep the product, and leave the customer with nothing.
As a long-time customer and a parent who regularly purchases Subway for my autistic child, this experience has been frustrating and deeply unprofessional. I hope Subway corporate steps in to correct this immediately.

I ordered an italian sub online and when I picked it up it had next to no meat on it. Hands down worst sub Ive ever had in my life. Wasted my momey going here. If I could post pix I would.

This is the best Subway I've been to in a while, and it's kind of hidden in a small shopping center. The employees were all polite, and made sure I was satisfied with my sandwich. I will definitely be going to this location from now on

Meatballs were burnt, chicken was overcooked. It was the worst Subway I have had and the customer service was awful.
Worst experience ever! Owners are disrespectful and rude. Overall bad customer service experience. I would not recommend coming here or placing orders from this place. Order was not delivered and owners kept the money that was refunded to them. Also if you aren't able to get to the store, they refuse to give you your money back, instead they say it's your problem.
Always good food at a fair price
This is one of the best Subways I've been to in a while. I ordered a Club Sandwich and it was really delicious; made exactly the way I ordered it. I ordered the sandwich to go and it was ready when I got there. The people who work there were friendly. I look forward to going back.
