Asked for Monterey cheddar, she put a white cheese on it. Confronted her and she just sprinkled it on top of the other cheese. She also toasted it when I said not too. Poor service. Will not be eating there again. I'm just gonna go grab something from the Exhibit Hall instead.

Very disappointing:Arrived on a Saturday at 10:10 AM. Only 3 other customers ahead of us (they orderd a ftlong cookie, charro, & two subs). It took 30 minutes before we could even get our order started. There was only 1 worker - on a Saturday, one block from a convention center! The worker was clearly unhappy to be working, asking questions like "what else" or "we don't have that", and she was moving as slow as utterly possible.They didn't have all the ingredients for the BMT and spent 7 minutes in the back to only bring back american cheese. They didn't have any cookies prepared. We were charged over $17.00 for the BMT (not all of the ingredients), chips & a drink.Due to time constraints we did not argue about a meal price because the lady prior had the same complaint and she ended up putting back the chips and drink.Then outside there were two guys, one who was slumped on the ground and other leaning against the wall both eyes pinned and they ask for money for a hotel room.The sandwich was fine. The ingredients that they had were fresh. We had planned to get 3 meals but as slow as she was moving it took 45 minutes walking in to walking out with only 2 customers (normal orders) ahead of us.We will never go back... very disappointed.

Three strikes and you're out, right? This location got all three in one visit...1. Homeless People Central inside and out2. A two-foot long metal keyring for the bathroom that doubles as a weapon.3. Paper in the Lettuce4. One-word responses and prompts from the associate who didn't change gloves after counting others cash and change.I will not be back.

I ordered a philly cheese steak. The big guy who used to run Stuffy's was an asshole, rolling his eyes and being very impatient. He acted like I was an idiot for requesting mushrooms. They don't have them .The bread that I got was heated up but it was literally dough. Big Boy was staring at me After 2 bites I threw it out. I paid $9 for that crap. I wanted no more interaction with him. Obviously I'll never go back and I'll tell him whomever I please about it. Hopefully they're on their way out.

When I placed my online order it arrived but when I opened it I was not happy it was a six inch I order a foot long and the bread was burnt as well after taking a couple bites I have started to feel sick stomach hurts and feel like I’m throw up I work at a subway and I know that on the receipt tells you how the sandwich should be made and they did not follow directions I asked for a foot long when I called them to ask about it they hung up rudely I got charged for a foot long and got a six inch I am very displeased and do not wish for anyone to go to this subway it is terrible they are rude and they blame doordash for my sandwhich when they made it wrong so nobody should go to this one tell they shape up because I don’t feel good now and got charged for footling when they gave me a six inch and no napkins

This subway is almost too gross to explain. Body odor stench, people spitting in the trash cans, on the tables and on the floor, bums destroying the bathrooms, other bums arguing for freebees, mentally unstable people harassing customers or screaming. The employees are apathetic and don’t care and who can blame them.

I was in the bathroom for 3 minutes when an employee named Mike (large middle aged white man) came pounding on the door and continued knocking after I said it was occupied. I talked to him briefly and he was extremely unprofessional and uncivil.

Lady with horrible burgundy wig had me & other customers waiting outside while the store was supposed to be opened. She should not be the opener if she can’t open the store on time. There was a pregnant lady outside & she still made her wait in the cold instead of unlocking the door. & yes she looked at us multiple times & still did not open the door

Really nice gentlemen working the store. This is the second time we’ve visited this subway and he’s been very pleasant both times. Hard to find good customer service like that these days.

I was in the store on 7/22/2022 in the afternoon. I had a coupon for a foot long, chips & a drink for $7.99. I ask the worker “can I use this here?” , he defers to the female African American manager at the register and she says “yes” so I order something and the worker says “you can order anything except that” so I order something else, get chips. The manager rings me up for about $14. I said, the coupon is for $7.99, how can it be $14? The manager says, you got bacon on it, chips and a drink. I told her that was included in the coupon and showed it to her. She didn’t seem to care at all. So I said, fine, I’ll put back the cup and the chips, now can you ring me up for $7.99. She does. So be careful if you use a coupon there. You will be robbed. She was nasty too.

They just let people of the streets sit around with wet blankets and and thing else they have from outside. And I guess bc they allow this they treat people who actually spend money with the company as freeloaders or people who are hurting their business. Stuff happens but its just not acceptable to have loiters crowding the place
