Very disappointed, when did subway start putting on only 3 slices of meat on a footlong sub, he layed flat slice of ham and turkey to look like it's right never seen the meat put on that way so I had thin layer of meat and lettuce that was frozen stuck to pan temperature up to cold not to freeze lettuce, it's the worst sub I've had

The attention is bad, an employee there always has a bad face, she keeps looking at you as if you were bothering her to take care of you, the vegetable occasionally looks bad, I know how the presentation and customer service has to be since years ago I worked in a subWay branch, bad experience.

Not a customer friendly lady making sub here. She's very awful and doesn't honor what was ordered online. Very rude. Owner accepts online orders when he doesn't have required ingredients and then doesn't even help in canceling order amd left us hanging on phone saying he couldn't do anything.

this location is TRASH!! the employees are very rude. Especially the lady making the sandwich. No greeting only asked me if I had an online order about 3x. First red flag. Secondly, She tried to sell me BURNT bread and Andy (the owner) gave me a hard time about it bc i wasn’t going to leave with a burnt sub. He literally said all the subs look like that at HIS locations. Never in my life have i ever had a sub as burnt as that one was. I’ll post a picture along with this review. Their ingredients are not fresh. I’ll never return to this location again.

Damn this Subway has all the signage saying it honors the company promo deals like the 6.99 meal deal, but when I ordered the meal deal and asked for it's adjusted discount I was denied it by the older Indian gentleman working the cash register.
Seemed like they were in the middle of training a new employee, who procided to put garlic powder(?) Instead of salt on my sandwich. When i mentioned there was an error, the employee only removed the cheese from the sub, replaced the cheese, then proceeded to salt the cheese (not the deli meat). Would not reccomend this location, personally. It seems be a number of issues with this stores owner(s) according to otger reviews, and having seen it myself i concur. There are far better kept places to spend 15$ for lunch (especially when advertised it should be 7$.

Who puts a screen in front of the food they’re preparing? This place does! I figured out why when I saw the minuscule amount of tuna salad that was on my sandwich. He appeared to be annoyed that I had a coupon! Never again visiting this location!!

This was my first time coming to this location, but never again will I come back again. The Indian guy working with glasses, he was speaking to me very rude. I have been to multiple locations but never this much bad service. The food was ok but his attitude towards me and my family just made me very sad. Even after all I was still polite and said thank you.
