Very good subs
I favor vegetarian sub (with everything on whole wheat).
Make sure to tell the workers to change their gloves before making your sandwich I had one sandwich artist touching everything with her gloves she contaminated my food I got food poisoning I should of told her to change her gloves.
Whoever worked this morning around 10 am is the best. Didn’t have the chips I wanted which was no big deal, but once I got home I realized he included 2 cookies.🥹 Wish I was able to thank him!! Made my day.
It's a Subway. Enough said!

Clean store and friendly staff. Doesn’t make up for the fact that our sandwiches were a mess. This is the second time this location has messed up my orders when I place online orders. Paid extra for guac, no guac. No mayo or lettuce as well as I asked them to be toasted and they did not roast them. The first time I thought okay mistakes happen, but for it to happen again? Why am I paying extra for something I never get. Will never return to this subway.

Bad customer service at Subway located at 11234 Patterson Ave, Richmond. My wife and I stopped by to get a sandwich at 2:00pm and nobody was behind the counter. After asking if anyone was there, a young lady came out from in back. I said we were on a four hour driving trip and could she make a sandwich to go and she said that she couldn’t because she was the only one there and on break for the next 15 minutes. She easily could have made us a sandwich and gone on the break afterwards since nobody else was there for a late lunch. I’m leaving this review so the owner of this Subway is aware that their employee caused us to instead eat at Wendy’s where the service was top notch for a fast food restaurant.

The normal tasty subs I usually get from here tasted different tonight…the pickles didn’t taste right and my husband complained his sub just didn’t taste like it should. I guess we’ll find out later this evening if the food was bad. Sorry because they are normally excellent.

The bread was stale and was definitely not baked fresh that day. Owner or manager was rude to me and another customer who was in a wheelchair. They had the meat prep table hidden which is suspect. They seem focused on cutting corners in order to make more money. I'm never coming back.

This place is seriously due for a management overhaul. I don’t have an issue with the employees- they have always been kind and attentive and I’ve always left with what I wanted. Yet much of the time I’ve visited it seems like they havent been properly trained because they seem unsure and this last time was off putting and not because of them but the store manager. The doors were locked when I arrived during dinner time about 4 hours before closing time. The manager explained she was having a meeting but it was more of a public reaming. I don’t care if your employees are the worst in the world, there are much better ways you handle things as a manager. I found her screaming at her employees the entire duration of my visit more concerning and uncomfortable than if they were on their phones for a second when I walked in. If I were a secret shopper and the doors were locked you’d bet corporate would hear about it. I also think it’s a pretty poor practice to not offer your employees free drinks for their shift, which has been standard in my experience working in this industry. It costs you pennies as a business to keep them hydrated. Please treat your team better. They don’t respect you because you don’t respect them.If you don’t care about how a manager talks to her employees I can tell you the food was fine and what you can expect from subway.
