Came here today for the first time. Customer service was unprofessional and my food was not made correctly at all. Everything was thrown together. Was up charged for having a wrap which was really a flat bread. On top of the fact that the establishment smells like boo boo. Never will come here again.

I come to this subway often since I work right by here. There is always something wrong. Today it was cash only, on Tuesday they were out of red onions and half of their bread, also half of their sodas weren't working, which wasn't told to me until after i purchased a combo that included a drink and tried 4 different ones that were only spitting out white carbonated water. I've gone before and the toaster wasn't working, or the oven wasn't working. They are often out of many of their toppings. Very poorly run establishment.

Nia makes this place GO! You can literally get Subway anywhere in the country. She by far makes the food and the experience top notch. I cannot give any higher of a compliment to an employee. Thank you so much!

No service with a smile, just attitude. The girl who rang me and my boyfriend up yesterday had an ATTITUDE problem. Practically didn’t even evenly spread my seasoning easy just two shakes is apparently enough and when I asked for a lot of Parmesan like ALOT she basically did the same two shakes and I asked her to put more, just another two shakes and that’s all. She didn’t even cut it for me. Even when I order on uber they cut my sandwich for me. Saw her wrap it up so carelessly like this and she rolled her eyes after seeing we left no tip. Never coming here again.

Mia was amazing. She always has excellent customer service. She makes you smile and cares for her customers. She builds report with her customers. That's customer service. I didn't catch the girl name that made my sub but that was delicious too. Keep up the good work Mia.

When I entered the business I was the ONLY customer in the restaurant but was not greeted. So I went to the cash register and saw a worker(older male) in the back working I spoke to get his attention, he looked at me and kept prepping. So I waited for 5 more minutes for him to come and ask for my order instead he came out the back and went directly to the bread oven and started to pull out 4 racks of baked bread as if I wasn’t there. This is so unprofessional!!!! I left and went to Jimmy John’s on Franklin st which was only 2 miles away. Do better

Just had the most beautifully built subway sub I’ve ever had and it was stuffed to most optimal level. Good job.

It really depends on who is working. Someone can do a great job one day and the next day someone who really doesn’t care can ruin your experience.

Used to love this Subway for the first year and a half they opened, but it's been downhill since. The owners are fantastic, but the employees they've hired have ruined their store with their rudeness and laziness. They never have bread and if they do, it's only wheat. I stopped going for a whole but figured I'd try again today. Imagine how shocked I was to find out that they again HAVE NO BREAD

The cashier literally held a 5 dollar bill in her hand while telling me she didn’t have any change. My change should’ve been 7 something, I said I would also get a drink, which she didn’t ring in so I know she pocketed it, and she also tried to put the 5 back in the drawer instead of giving it to me. I also wasn’t given a receipt to contact anybody about this. They also didn’t have turkey and this sandwich is literally not good with chicken. But yeah maybe don’t hire thieves. I’ve never seen anything like that

Manager/Owner refuses to hire more staff, usually one person manning the store. Avoid anytime around dinner or evening, it will take a VERY LONG time to get your food. Good food, bad management.

Absolutely ridiculous paid 18 dollars and hardly any steak on the sandwich. If this is the new portion size for their steak and cheese they will never have my business again. Do better subway do better. Not your employees who designated the portion size its your company.
