I ordered through the subway app a Philly and a BMT for delivery. They only gave me the BMT (of course because that's the less expensive one) and they won't pick up the phone.

When the other guy and his wife where there the place was always clean and well stocked. Yes they always pushed trying to sell you the cookies. But it was definitely a 10/10. Apparently there was a management change now it's a 0/10 the store is no longer stocked well,it's definitely not as clean and the subs are definitely below par. Like I said when the other guy and his wife ran the place it was way better.

This was the worst subway experience I’ve had. I eat at subway often. So often that I use the coupons that are sent in the mail almost every time. I know the process. Every time I’ve gone I’ve ordered my sub, went to the register, and applied my coupon at the scanner, paid then left. They were training someone this time so the sub was made wrong and I had to keep correcting them. Then when I went to apply my coupon at the scanner and the managers wife who rang me up said I couldn’t use a coupon because I didn’t tell them before they made my sandwich which is absolutely ridiculous. I told her there’s no difference I’ve never had to state I had a coupon at any other location before using it at the scanner but she refused to honor it. No other subway operates like this. Save your time and peace of mind. Horrible horrible experience.

This is the best Subway I have ever been to. The people who work there are very nice and always try to get to know their customers. Everything is always very clean, and, if you are a vegetarian, they always make sure to use new gloves and a new knife.
Fantastic energy and very quick service despite the line that existed. If you need more ingredients on your sub it's up to you to speak up; they're more than happy to oblige. Definitely coming back!

This is now the third subway I've driven to tonight!! For some reason Subway is not honoring their hours of operation. It is currently 810 (that's a whole 20mins) Online it states that they close at 8:30 All of their signs posted state that they close at 8:30. However, upon arrival we find that everyone inside is already cleaning and breaking down the like. Therefore, our order can not be completed.
