Having never patronizing this particular Subway location. Approximately a week ago, I placed an online order for a couple of subs, which unfortunately never arrived. Upon contacting the store and speaking with the manager, I was met with a rather unfavorable attitude. He mentioned he would need to consult with the owner to determine the appropriate course of action. When he returned my call, his demeanor was quite rude and hostile, attributing the issue to Doordash, suggesting they may not have had available drivers to pick up the prepared subs. Subsequently, I contacted Doordash, who informed me that the refund had been processed but sent to Subway since I had placed the order through them. Today, I contacted the manager again, and his stance and hostility towards me were quite disheartening, especially considering I was simply seeking a refund. He reiterated that they had not received anything from Doordash and, therefore, could not assist me. Considering he is aware that I did not receive my order, it seems reasonable to simply refund my money to satisfy a customer and then pursue reimbursement from Doordash. I certainly will not be choosing this location for any future online Subway orders or in store orders for that matter. Additionally, reaching someone at Subway's corporate office appears to be quite challenging.

Was out today from a Doctor's appointment. I drove around looking for a Subway. I didn't want to wait untill I got home. So I remember this one . The lady was very helpful with my grandson's order. A gentleman was working on mine. I wanted a BLT with six extra strips of bacon. The gentleman halfway cooked the bacon so I asked him if you can cook it crispy. I think he was a little ignoring bye my request because he couldn't get the timer on the oven correctly. I also asked for extra onions and spinach which is a handful for me. He went into explaining that he is supposed to put six leaf of spinach on the sandwich. Look I pay $9 for a 6-in sandwich because of the extra bacon. And he had a fit because I want an extra spinach. He went into fit. I didn't want tomatoes and I'm sure tomatoes cost more than spinach.

Was just in there lady on phone cussing. Stood there and videoed for 12 mins. She finally comes out and says computers down can’t take no orders. Good thing I got it all on Video.

Contacted the owner about the poor quality of the sandwich as well as the missing item from delivered order. He would not listen and rudely kept telling me to call the delivery company. He even told me to call them about the poor sandwich.

I got to Subway at 8:45 they were already closed but the website says that they don't close till 10:00
Food was good, but I had been walking all day and needed to pee before I ate - but there bathrooms were locked and when I asked to use it - I was told.the bathrooms were closed. So, I ate and then ran out quickly to go find a bathroom!! But the food was.good and the bread was super fresh!!!

Stopped by this location on 3/11/25 at 8:15 PM. While making my sandwich, the employee (red/purple hair, brown roots) paused to “put something in the freezer,” then returned and tried to continue without changing gloves. When my boyfriend politely asked them to do so, they refused, claiming they “didn’t touch anything”—despite just handling the freezer. After insisting, they changed gloves with attitude and took three minutes to dry their hands. We left and went to another location instead.

One of the men workers in the store who thinks he’s a woman has a very bad attitude. Didn’t greet me, didn’t respond when I greeted him. He didn’t ask what I’d like to eat. The amount of meat he put on my sandwich was like he was paying for each piece out of his own pocket. Threw my sandwich in the toaster without asking if I wanted it toasted (I didn’t). Worst experience at any subway I’ve ever been to. Won’t be back

Workers in the back talking instead of greeting customers and taking orders.The prices are significantly higher than other subway locations in the area; meat and vegetable quality is poor. Thier franchise license should be revoked. They need a visit from corporate ASAP. This location and it's workers who were on duty 3/5/2025 between the hours of 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm deserve a zero rating.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have never been treated so horribly by a complete stranger ever in my life. The worker here (white woman with brown hair mentioned in previous reviews) ignored me for several minutes when I walked in while out loud complaining about a costumer being there. She finally angrily asked me, “What do you want” to which I kindly gave her my order, still talking gently saying please and thank you. She then proceeding to make commentary about the food I was ordering, stating things like “That leaves such a terrible aftertaste. Horrible.” (Which is laughable later on, but in the moment is very uncomfortable and confusing!) The entire time I was in Subway I debated walking out but tried to remind myself that I don’t know what kind of day she may be having and therefore stuck it out. As soon as I left the building I cried to my friends about how terribly I was just treated! It makes me very sad for the people who are to go in there next. Luckily, I was having a good day before going in. Had I not been, that surely would have been the last straw. I sincerely hope she is fired and unable to make anyone else feel the same way.
The lady was pretty rude. Had an attitude and was mumbling underneath her breath and I was only trying to pick up my food. Then once I took a bite of my sandwich it didn’t taste right the cucumbers were floppy clearly old. Lettuce was wilted. Outside of that my drink and chips perfect, but never again.

Been to this Subway time and time again, and never encountered someone so rude or seemed to hate their job as the woman who just made my sandwich. She moped and groaned loudly to herself about having customers. Proceeded to tell me that it would have been easier if I ordered my sandwich with everything instead of ordering ingredient by ingredient (I ordered a sandwich with not even close to everything on it) and then continued to moan and groan about doing her job. I understand having a bad day, but sheesh. Try harder
