Sugar Shack Donuts & Coffee

My supervisor bought our staff a dozen of these donuts. All assorted!! They are absolutely delicious! Really delicious is an understatement. Im new to Virginia from Illinois and these donuts are the best thing here I’ve ever eaten!! I can tell there was a lot if thought and love in the ingredients of these donuts! I am hooked!!! Doughnuts were delicious, but pricey! Hard to fit a dozen doughnuts in a box! There was a line, so you might have to wait a little while, but definitely worth it! Has their own small parking lot! Will definitely go back!

We stopped in to get some doughnuts and coffee, and we were very impressed. They had a ton of unique flavors and the ones we got (red velvet and a jelly-filled) were both very good. We also each bought lattes and those were also very good. We will likely come back here again soon.

The donuts are really good however the staff that was there yesterday was not they were kinda snobby and made me feel rushed even though it was no where near closing time so I'm not sure why that was usually the service is great not sure what was going on with them ladies yesterday. Also would love if they bought back he free donut a day when u did certain things like wear a holiday hat etc.

Want to clarify a review that is on here from a few years ago — but surfaces when you search for gluten free options in/around Richmond.

The team here is friendly and kind, but this shop DOES NOT offer gluten free donuts!! Posting this as a review to help others avoid my experience as there are not GF donuts. Thanks!
