I’ve been a customer since 2021 and I’m done with this place. Every whole pizza is take and bake, which is fine. The fatal issue is that in these 4 years they still have not figured out how to package and prepare the pizza such that it doesn’t completely fall apart when you try to put it in the oven. Paper sheet or no, the dough is so loose that it slips though the grates and half the toppings end up spilling inside the oven. I spend more time cleaning my oven than eating this pizza. I want to support this local business so much but until they figure out how to give you a pizza that doesn’t completely fall apart you better buy by the slice or find somewhere else.

I love superstars! It is probably my favorite sandwich in Richmond when you are looking for a good old-fashioned greasy Italian sub I got the on the sly this time and it was perfect. The service is always friendly and very quick, and there is plenty of seating Inside or out. It’s perfect on a nice day when you want to sit outside! They also have homemade brownies and cookies which are out of this world!

Had a great sandwich there last week then left my purse in the bathroom. It took me a couple days to realize where it was. When I called the restaurant said they had found it. When I picked up my bag everything was still there- wallet with cash and credit cards and everything else! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Great staff and it was a great sandwich too!

Delicious and a great value! I also like the selection football helmets on display, since my brothers played football for Hampden Sydney and VMI.
