This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. We were just driving through Richmond and decided to stop here for a bite. My husband had the brisket sandwich which he said was fantastic. I had the trainwrek that was so large and outstanding I couldn’t finish it and have leftovers. The food is fresh and has exquisite flavor! If I’m ever in Richmond again I will be returning.

We stopped here based on a friends recommendation and he was spot on. Staff were friendly and attentive! The atmosphere is really cool with hanging sound dampeners with plants as well. The Bar is huge with a great selection. We ordered the pork rind nachos.. oh Yum. They came out crackling and popping with pulled pork and spicy jalapeños and cheese sauce. My Dinner was their Crab cakes - deliciousness light and fluffy and oh the Brussel sprouts with the pork belly were Great! The wife had a short rib appetizer for her dinner and it was fall apart yummy. Her Mac and cheese was great too - it was the heaviest Mac n cheese I have ever had. The our son got the Shrimp and Grits. He said they were great and the grits were really cheesy too. Thank you for a great dining experience! We shall return when we are down this way again.

I love this place. Excellent comfort food in excellent portions. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is awesome. They are always booked fully on Sundays so be sure to reserve ahead for the weekends.

This place is unbelievably good. Visiting RVA for an overnight trip and stopped in during a rainstorm an hour before closing. They welcomed us with open arms. Reasonably priced, super friendly service, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the most satisfying meals my wife and I have had in recent memory. We are in love with this place. Had the braised short ribs and the pulled pork salad and it was more than enough for 2 people.

Something different! Food was good, a couple mistakes were made but fixed right away! Pricing was very inexpensive compared to other sit down restaurants. There was a wait on Sunday at 2pm, but we sat at the bar. We tried the lunch side which was more like brunch. We should've checked the supper menu.

The boneless braised short ribs were so delicious and tender, also was amazed at the flavoring the brussels sprouts had, all on a bed of mash potatoes covered with a delicious gravy Their mac & cheese had a nice creamy cheese sauce that really has flavor too !
Their cheese burger was delicious, a nice side too, and perfectly cooked with a side of crispy fries
The Creco Salad was nice light and a healthy meal
The desert was so good, the chocolate lava cake was nice and hot with a side of vanilla ice cream, all drizzled in a chocolate syrup & sweet crumbs of caramelized bacon
My family had an amazing meal and will be coming back again for another dinner night

Kind of crowded but definitely a place where we can chill and conversate.
The food was delicious. But the server sucked she didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink the entire time we were there. She never came to check up on us to see how we were doing. We got our food and never received any silverware to eat with. We had to ask the food runner for more pita to go with our crab dip because she never came back over to check and see how everything was. The food is great but the service sucks.

The food was absolutely delicious! I think for what we got the price was pretty reasonable, it all seemed very fresh and good quality. Our waitress Maddie was kind, attentive, and pleasant to talk to! The wait was a little long but nothing crazy for a busy restaurant and worth the wait in my opinion!

Beautiful bar area. We stopped in for lunch on a road trip. Nashville hot chicken sandwiches are very popular right now. This one takes the cake! The perfect amount of heat and the pickled onions added a nice touch.
