The smoothies are not fresh fruit according to the package he frustratedly pulled out to show me and contain added sugar (contrary to what I was told). After receiving my smoothie I tasted milk immediately after sipping it, went back in to ask if they could make it without dairy because no where on the menu does it mention dairy. His response was “you should’ve asked.” Easy lawsuit, not worth my time nor yours.

Unbelievably rude service. Asked for a water cup with my purchase and was told they didn’t have any water besides bottles which was weird to begin with. After purchasing a bottle, I asked for a cup to drink it out of because I was going to share the bottle and was denied again even thought he had some in front of him. He huffed and puffed at us rudely for no reason and said cups were only for those purchasing fountain drinks. Extremely disappointed by the attitude and disrespect I was treated with.

This should not be called smoothie place at all because all you can taste is ice with a hint of sugar . Me and my sister ordered mango and peach smoothie nothing tasted like mango or peach at all not even one percent we both end up throwing our cups in the trash . We spend like $20 for those cups which was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to no body at all. I was trying to order baked potatoes without cheese it was 4.99 with cheese it was $8.00 are you serious? Your are going to charge $3 extra for a hint of cheese if so? We decided to walk out. PLEASE do yourself a favor don’t go to this place.

I've been having their smoothies and shakes for 10+ years in San Diego. The peanut butter banana is really y one of my top 5 treats. Always consistently great. But here. Tried them here for the first time since moving to Virginia. They weren't the same. Too icy and not much flavor. Very average and very disappointing considering I know how great they can be. Too expensive for just average drinks.

This place is not even a one star I had an awful experience at the Great Steak & Surf Squeeze located at 11800 W Broad Street Suite 2116. I live in South Carolina and every time I connect to Virginia My daughter and family patronize this place. My daughter and I went in and placed an order. The lady at the register handed my daughter the tray with our food on it. As soon as the tray was placed in my daughter s hands it flipped and all of our food was on the floor. I spoke to the manager about it but he refused to replace our food. He said that we would have to repay in order to get the food replaced. Terrible customer service. Never again will myself as well as my family will patronize this business again.
