I was super excited to try and it did not disappoint! They’re so friendly and had plenty of suggestions as to what flavors go together. The ice was so soft and had a delicious flavor with every bite. We’ll definitely be visiting again! We have mango and passion fruit with coconut cream, mango and pineapple, mangonada, and Cookie Monster sno cones.

New to the area and was just looking for snowballs because of the Heat. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Reminded me of the snowball shops up north. Had a great time and beautiful seating outside. Lots of flavors to choose from and toppings. Super helpful staff!?❤️

One of the best sno cones I’ve ever had, seriously! Being that New Orleans holds a dear place in my heart, I’m glad that RVA has this gem to bring back sweet memories. The flavors are so creative and they definitely do not skimp on toppings. I had the Caramel Apple sno cone and it was absolutely incredible.

It was a joy to finally see Suzy Sno reopened (now in Carytown). Rabia never disappoints. I loved my Thin Mint! Everyone that came in after us seemed to agree that their orders were also delicious. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you!
