The selections of froyo are good, and the toppings are fabulous.
I come here almost every day as a reward for my weight loss.
The Sweet Frog team is always warm and inviting, especially Gabby who goes beyond to keep fresh toppings available. The yogurt is a great treat.

Over half of the machines were down.
Need to keep fresh fruit on hand. Not happy with my experience. This isn't the 1st time this happend. I won't be coming back!!

This is the cleanest Sweet Frog I’ve ever been in! They also seemed to have more topping options than other locations.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The girl working was very rude, she didn’t greet us, it was very dirty, the place smelled like a dirty mop and the bathroom was extremely dirty and smelly. Toppings weren’t refilled, we asked her if there were any more of the mango boba poppers and she simply looked at us and gave us no response. She had a friend there who she talked to the whole time while checking out customers. She ignored customers and continued to have her side conversations. I will never visit this location ever again.

This is one of the best sweet frogs I been to in the Richmond area the lady’s working tonight were so nice and great and also had great people manners !! Definitely will be back
This is a smaller location. When we arrived, we were not greeted. Just stared at. The young lady at the desk did not even offer a smile. We went through the line and got our toppings and not even a hello. Just rang us up, then proceeded to grab a bowl herself. The other young lady decided to wipe tables down as we were eating there. Thr chemical smell was very strong for my son who has asthma. We decided to finish our froyo in the car instead. Don't recommend!

Two wonderful, friendly, funny young ladies running the place. They created a great inviting environment for me and my friends. Everything was clean and orderly, great selection of flavors and toppings.
