If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The girl working was very rude, she didn’t greet us, it was very dirty, the place smelled like a dirty mop and the bathroom was extremely dirty and smelly. Toppings weren’t refilled, we asked her if there were any more of the mango boba poppers and she simply looked at us and gave us no response. She had a friend there who she talked to the whole time while checking out customers. She ignored customers and continued to have her side conversations. I will never visit this location ever again.

Temya had this location immaculate!! And she greeted our family with a smile as soon as we hit the door. Everything was neatly labeled, this is by far the cleanest and neatest sweet frog I've stepped into!! Amazing service and atmosphere! Thank you Temya!!!

This is a smaller location. When we arrived, we were not greeted. Just stared at. The young lady at the desk did not even offer a smile. We went through the line and got our toppings and not even a hello. Just rang us up, then proceeded to grab a bowl herself. The other young lady decided to wipe tables down as we were eating there. Thr chemical smell was very strong for my son who has asthma. We decided to finish our froyo in the car instead. Don't recommend!

This location doesn’t care about customer experience at all. Their machines don’t look clean and more than one was broken or didn’t have a flavor in it. Hot fudge was also broken. Honestly a little sketched out to even eat what I got because of how the machines looked.

I have been to numerous Sweet Frog establishments in multiple states and this was the worse customer service by far. The two girls practically stayed in the back the entire time except to ring the customers up. They did not greet customers, thank us for coming, or were friendly in the least. We even tried to call them from the back to inquire about merchandise before leaving and no one came out. I will not return to this location ever again and I suggest no one else does until changes are made to staffing.

Went to stone bridge sweet frog and the doors were locked before 9:00pm. As they have been for the past 2 weeks and after constant calls the lady on the phone had an attitude towards me when asking if they are open or closed. Really makes me not want to continue dining with sweet frog.

This store is constantly closing early! Save yourself the grief of rude employees and go a few extra minutes down the road to the one by Chesterfield towne center. Much cleaner & nicer staff! The owner needs to reevaluate who he has working for him! Why does only ONE location constantly close early? Do better! Will NOT return to this location EVER.

I didn't think Sweet Frog was even in business anymore and when they were in business I never really knew what they sold but if you like Sweet Frog and it turns you on then more power to you go but personally I haven't been there I don't know why it keeps popping up on my phone Sedona way to get rid of it is to write a review but that's just my opinion if you like it that's fantastic I'm just trying to get it off of my phone and it won't let me dismiss it or delete it
