Good service. Ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. Fries were great, sadly the sandwich was horrible...some sort of greasy, fiberous, fried dough ball. It looked great, yet furthest from a chicken breast I've encountered. Very unfortunate.

Sweet P's boasts a great menu and delivered fun, flavorful dishes—especially the mocktails and seafood options. Unfortunately, our dining experience was overshadowed by slow service and repeated out-of-stock items, even early in the evening. One guest’s entrée was forgotten altogether, resulting in a meal served well after the rest of us had finished. The staff remained gracious and apologetic, but clearly faced challenges with communication and inventory tracking for a busy night. This was all the more perplexing given the limited number of patrons present. For future improvement, tighter staff coordination and real-time menu updates would minimize diner disappointment and streamline service. I recommend the oyster mushrooms (slightly oily), couscous with capers, octopus, salmon cakes, and based on feedback, the short ribs. I’d revisit for the drinks and food, but with understanding that both service and menu reliability need work.

Absolutely stellar experience. Oyster mushroom Benedict was insanely good; home fries were well spiced and crispy. The only thing that was missing was a strong cappuccino and some vegan options. If they got an espresso machine, it would be over for everyone, they would be the best breakfast place in town.

I went to Sweet P's for Brunch and it was pretty good. I can't say I was blown away by anything but the food was just fine. I didn't care for the Chicken fingers appetizers it was a little dry. But my Brunch meal the Short Rib Hash tasted good. They give really good portions and the presentation was nice. My friend said her crab cakes were very good. I loved that they played Afrobeats created some nice vibes. The server was great and accommodating but it took a while to get a food. I would revisit if I was in the area and try other dishes.

Sweet P's is a must to go to! Service and staff are so friendly and the food is amazing! I've been 3 times and each time is consistently great. My group of friends ordered a variety of menu options, all were good. Has a great happy hour that goes until 8pm. To note Brussels sprouts, paella, mushroom picatta, and mixed greens salad all delicious!

I did a take out. Their crab cakes were delicious & not breaded like some. Great customer service as well.
My wife and I stopped by for a late dinner the other night after the InLight exhibit in the area. I had heard good things, and they were well founded. The staff was gracious and attentive - offering honest input about dish choices. The food was fantastic and the vibe was spot on - very southern funk inspired (in my opinion). This will definitely be on the list of downtown options for us moving forward.

Hey y'all restaurant employee here. A tremendous exp at sweet P's. I mean I had the burger and was perfect to temp and char. Hand cut fries. Chefs got more skills than they're letting on. Must explore menu. Scallops. Yum. The vibe is almost as chill as the Pear Drop martini our bartender Madi conjured up for my beautiful date. 10/10 would recommend.
