Really bad service. Only one person working behind the counter, ignoring everyone leading to us all forming a line for the kiosk to order in the back. Which would normally be fine, but the kiosk didn’t have all the flavors available up front, and wasn’t working properly. Both me and the person in front of me in line had to leave without getting our orders filled at all.

I ordered 2 one scoop ice creams in a cup and it came to $18.30!!! The menu board says one scoop is $5.25 so imagine my surprise when that was my total at the register. And the ice cream was very mid. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a three scoop all separate flavors even paid extra and I got one scoop of one particular flavor delivered. I called the store to try to figure out what went wrong and they told me because l asked for it in the do not mix option then I only get one flavor even though I paid for three scoops and three different flavors... the woman and the man I spoke to were both so unprofessional and unpleasant I called asking to come up there to have it remade properly and they literally wouldn't even give me a remake let alone a refund. I will never order from this business again and I recommend you don't either.

Attempted to make an uber eats order here. The restaurant failed to notify that several item were unavailable and then further failed to notify both us and uber eats wasting a total of five people’s time, me, my wife’s, and the three separate drivers that attempted to make the pickup. I guess the idea was for us to eventually give up and for them to take our money
Update: although the restaurant says they cancelled they in fact did not cancel the order nor ever reached out to inform of us of this. The response from the restaurant is lie. We had to cancel the order, I do not recommend going to to place that doubles down on their incompetence and instead blames the customer

Just had one of the most immaculate chocolate chip cookies ever from The Sweet Spot. It was freshly baked, warm, and very chocolatey. Will definitely be getting more from here. 10/10 recommend!

The staff were pretty nice, but the ice cream kind of took a while even though I was the only one in the shop and my milkshake was 10 dollars after tax (also they charge over an extra dollar for chocolate sauce)
