So, the pro is that the frozen yogurt is delicious and there’s many toppings to choose from. However, sometimes they are closed even though google maps says they are open; I suppose they are too understaffed to keep it open sometimes so I understand that. Last time the lady behind the counter made me uncomfortable, just had an attitude I guess. No big deal, the restaurant is clean and it’s quick to get your froyo and go, never seen a line here.

The original tart flavor is the best I love sweet frog so much and the staff here is so friendly! The only time I witness people having a problem with anything is because they start off being rude and disrespectful. The staff here gets a lot of disrespect and its so sad to see because Im a regular here and really appreciate them! I love this place so much and I’m truly grateful for it!

Location needs to get old management back. The high schoolers you have running the spot makes the atmosphere stiff and robotic. No connection being made with the carytown community like Audilette or old manager did... and I'm working in front of here three days a week.

Quickly stopped by before close to purchase a small $5 cup, but we were met with a rude and hostile experience from the closing cashier tonight when my fiance politely asked to quickly use the restroom. Instead of our cashier responding with where they were, we were told "We close in 2 minutes" followed by "We're closed now can you guys leave." I understand the frustration especially when close is nearing as a fellow retail worker myself, but the attitude and bickering betwen the cashier and other employee was uncalled for. Enjoying a treat from Sweet Frog should be a positive experience, not a negative one.

Store had approx. half the yogurts available. The store was dirty.After the three kids got their yogurt and I paid over $24.00 for 3 medium cups, we were asked to leave the store. The lonely employee had to lock up and "go get change." Another couple after us had to leave as well. The temperature outside on Sunday was 91 and no one was happy to have to stand outside and eat their yogurt. This is horrible service.
Went in around 9:30. Half of the machines didn't work. Toppings bar was scarce and dirty. No fudge. Bathroom out of order. Out of napkins. Staff announced lobby was closed at 9:45. Wouldn't the closing time be 10:00pm when the store closes?

Half the yogurts were empty and the place didn't seem very clean. Sweet frog in general seems to have swelled in price while quality had gone down.

This place used to be nice but it is extremely dirty and unkept now. The machines are always broken with only a few flavors available. The spoons for the toppings are sticky and it looks like that whole section hasn't been cleaned in a while. I will not be back.
