My new favorite spot for quick creative tacos. Everything I've ate has been wonderful with the exception the huevos rancheros which, while still decent, are probably the messiest thing I've ever ate. I probably would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the cashier. Last 2 visits she hasrefused me their free coffee citing that it was "after 2pm and no one else drinks coffee that late", then hurrys back to her bar patrons. There's a huge sign stating...
This place is surprisingly good! The flautas and wings are awesome and the street corn potato salad is next level! The calamari is alright, but I will probably order it without the sweet sauce that came on it. It just overwhelmed the flavor.
The tacos are great. The value is even greater. $5 taco, that's not skimpy, and a soda, all under $10 (not including tip). The fried catfish taco was my choice and one of the best tacos I've had in RVA.
