Stopped by on a Friday just before the lunch rush. Service was fast and friendly. My top soft taco supreme was outstanding, but lunch was about to take a nasty turn when I tasted my Mexican pizza. It was so awful I spit it out. It had a nasty either rancid or chemical taste. Guess I should have just gotten a second taco.

Best Taco Bell within a thirty mile radius of Ashland and Glenn Allen. Placed an online order with certain specifications, and everything was exactly as I ordered it. The employees were extremely pleasant and were even interested in how my day was! I rate it a 10 out of 10 experience! The quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the employees' wonderful attitudes, and overall experience!

One of my orders was a "burrito supreme"this was more a Bean burrito with lettuce a sprinkle of cheese and MAYBE a teaspoon of meat.. -- At what triple the price of a Bean burrito ! NOT worth it! 😞

Went to get Taco Bell tonight and ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito but instead got some kind of burrito with Tostitos and unfortunately threw it out due to it being spicy after specifically asking for no spicy sauce on anything. Guess they thought I’d notice once I got home and not do nothing about it. You guys suck😂

I ordered a veggie option off the menu because I CANNOT eat meat and there were pieces of ground beef in my burrito. If you’re going to offer veggie options then make sure it contains no meat. I only ordered one thing and I was the only car in line and they still messed it up. This is the second time this has happened too.

Ive been going to this Taco Bell for years and have always had issues until recently. I was told it's under new management and it's made a huge difference. Duie is one of the managers. She is so friendly & my order correct every time!

Placed an online order at the wrong Taco Bell all the way across town and showed up at the wrong one. The manager and the employees there honored my meal by not making me drive 30 mins to the other one. Such great staff and customer service!! Will be spending my money here for years to come!!?

i ordered stackers and soft tacos and a drink and it took almost 20 minutes when there was four people working, i witnessed at least five people get incorrect orders and then when i checked mine at the counter, my tacos were unwrapped, falling out of the wrapper and barely even full. aggressive lady gaslit me about my order, and was yelling the entire time. don’t yell at coworkers and complaining about customers when they’re within earshot when you’re clearly the problem & the reason orders are getting messed up. I’ve worked food before and it wasn’t even during a rush so I don’t understand what the wait and attitudes were for.

Rude every time usually I can put up with it but I've never felt more unwelcome anywhere before and with theor prices being so high now I think this is my last straw with fastfood. I can get real Mexican food for the same price doing takeout somewhere that still cares about food.
