Ordered delivery on the taco bell app. 2 hours later still no food and the tracker says just "order received". I call and ask about the status and they said it just hasn't been picked up yet after taking my name. After the call the app immediately updates for the first time and says they are starting to cook. Waiting 2 hours just for someone to notice the order after being called is frustrating.

Ordered through mobile app for the Taco Bell breakfast. Apparently they had no coffee and soda???? Really? I called and asked to speak with the DM and the lady who answered the call hung up on me. Unacceptable customer service. First off the associate didn't ask if I had an issue. She advised that a message could be taken. Hmmmm sure as it will never get to that person. There has to be an open channel up the chain of command. While business dwindles let's see how many hours the associates get or when the owner/operator shuts the doors even worse happens.... No Paycheck.
How you serving cold meat someone is going to be sick! If you dont take pride in what you do for a living then stay home or find another profession. Stop being lazy and do your job!!

Chips I got were basically all crumbs and when I pulled my burrito out, it leaked meat into car seat because the meat wasn't all in the tortilla and it was open and there was no meat in the burrito or at least very little, it was all basically refried beans, and the taco was broken.

I had to wait 20 minutes to get to the drive thru and place my order, then I waited another 20 minutes near their closed window, yet they didn’t bring the food, literally one of the worst Taco bell locations in Richmond.
