I stopped by here this evening 11/10/25. Upon entering, there was a young woman standing somewhere behind the counter. She did not greet me, so I did not say anything either.. I started to look at the menu. I ordered one regular crunchy taco & one supreme taco. The supreme costs more than the regular & you might think that MAYBE you would get a little more meat.. Well it did not look that way to me. Both could have used more meat!! And also the temperature of the meat seems off, not hot enough!! Teach the front end people manners!! , that they should SPEAK to customers!! I doubt that I will return to this location, at least not any time soon..

DO NOT ORDER INSIDE OR ORDER TO PICK UP YOUR FOOD INSIDE. They will literally wait until there is no one in the drive thru, no one driving up, before they even start making your food. Further, if someone pulls up while they are making yours they’ll stop making your food and pivot to the drive thru order.

Today's Nachos Bellgrande did not come with a lid. I don't know if this person's name was Gavin or not, but an employee with orange and green messy hair was quite rude when I inquired about the lack of lid. I wouldn't have even ordered the nachos if a napkin was going to be put on top of the dish. It seems unsanitary and poor customer service to put a napkin on top of the nachos. There wouldn't be a poor review or a negative experience if staff could just say, "We don't have lids for our nachos today. A similar dish is the Nacho Fries."

On August 30, my colleague and I decided to order breakfast at this restaurant. The girl who issued the order was named Brittany, at first everything was fine, she said hello, accepted our order, we received our order, she said goodbye and closed the window. We checked that we had everything packed in our bag, and my phone fell under the seat, I found it quickly enough, raised my head to the window and saw her in. from the window, when he started to drive away from the window of receiving the order, Brittney scowled at us with a colleague through the window and waved her hands, it looked very impolite, because there was no one behind us near the car, her face was so aggressive that after that the mood for the day was spoiled, and the impression of I promise never to go back there. I hope you have cameras and check the behavior of your employees, because this attitude towards customers is unacceptable!

Honestly Taco Bell is Taco Bell but this location is horrible. They barely put any meat, only put all lettuce and sour cream. Why do y’all be stingy with the meat ? Every time when i go here its always the same thing and don’t let me get started on the loaded nacho fries. Waste of money, its just this location because other Taco Bell locations i tried is way better. Never again
