Half hot, hot cold food. I paid extra for sour cream and this is what I got.

Unlike other richmond taco bells, they put the right amount of red sauce in the bean burrito. Also the guy at the window was conscientious.

2/6/2025 Night Time
I pulled into the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. Shift Leader told me to pull to the side and someone would bring my food out. After time went by, no one brought my food out. Shift Leader changed out the cash register drawer and he saw me standing by my car waiting for him to tell me my order was ready. He looked at me and proceeded to walked away with the cash drawer. I went to the window and asked the other employees where was my order. The whole time my order was sitting on the counter ready. This is the second time this week this has happened. This store lacks urgency and customer service.
We got soft tacos 🌮 and a quesadilla all were very delicious and the staff was nice

I’ve had more good experiences than bad with this location, you know I can understand food being missing from the bag on a busy night, but they fix the issue with no problem.. what I can’t understand is this being served to the customer. Now you know better than this…. Would you eat this??
