Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. No body at all was in line, I come to get a door dash and an extremely huge man named Dominique made me go all the way back around to the speaker to tell him exactly what I told him at the window. Granted it's principal I get that but he was SO rude. Threw the bag at me and raised his voice like I was a child. Definitely hostile definitely never going back And I do plan on contacting their superiors on the matter. Smh All I was trying to do was get my door dash.

Never order a delivery from here. For the last two times I’ve missed my chips and drink. So I was fed up and called the place and Antonio S answered and said that if I drove there they’d make the whole order again. Me thinking what he said was true, I drive twenty minutes and he starts talking to me over the drive thru speaker, I remind him who I am then randomly a lady interjects and says he never said that? I go to the window and the lady said you can speak to the manager and the manager said Antonio and that random lady never said that so it was my word against theirs. Firstly why did I have to pay almost ten dollar delivery fee if I had to drive there myself, and then you can even make up w a chalupa and taco that was promised to me over the phone? If you order from here you will not get your complete order:)

I just left the drive through about an hour ago. When I looked in my bag, I was missing my order for chips and cheese. I called the number on the receipt, a male voice answered the phone. When I started speaking, in a very cordial kind manner, he hung up on me. I called again, and a female voice answered the phone, when I started to say I was missing an order, she hung up on me. I was in no way rude or disrespectful. It's not that big a deal, but it is a big deal to be hung up on. Totally unacceptable! My cashier was Antonio S. He was fine at the drive through window. Wed, 8/7/2024, 05:35 pm. My chips and cheese cost $2.59. Also the inconvenience of paying but not getting what I paid for.

There was a whole lot going on. Tacos n Drama. Cussing with the kids around. There was a girl who waited in us who was just so sweet an apologetic, but the guy on the grill was passed because he was by himself and overworked and under paid. Rightfully so. I would be passed too!

Normally good to me. Today I pull up at the drive thru.. can’t hear anything on the speaker, then get told to hold a minute. 10 minutes later… still waiting. Unacceptable to have someone just waiting with nothing going on inside of the restaurant. Service 100% the worst. Take yourself back to high school, and learn how to communicate with customers.

I've had good and bad experiences with this place, it really just depends on who is working. I recommend going inside if you're ordering anything with special add ons or things you want to take off, even if you're ordering mobile.
They usually give me exactly what I order on the app, but when I've removed things or added things they've messed it up, I'm not sure if they are not getting the full order or if they are just rushing and don't notice. When you go inside ask them if the removed and added what you asked for. Also remember to check your food, make sure everything is there.
This was ONE time, I didn't get a potatoes I ordered, they replaced a 5 layer with a different burrito I ordered and then put another one in there which is the one I ordered, I asked for no tomatoes or cream cheese +rice on something I ordered and they just made it regular.
They are always willing to fix it though, I went in and asked them to fix the order and they did so. I haven't had much problem with them before and I hope I don't have the same problem again.
I said 3 on the atmosphere because they arelly should clean up their parking lot, also the way out of the drive thru has a corner that you can't see around, almost got hit pulling out of it because I literally could not see the person.
The food was great. The young lady working the drive-thru however just needs to listen a little more attentively. I requested seasoned rice 3 times and she kept asking if I meant pintos n cheese? No, I said rice....its ok though, it was early and the service was super quick with a smile!

Our whole family stopped here on a road trip, and we were so glad we did! It was a great experience- very kind, friendly staff- personable, employees holding doors open for customers, thoroughly tracking customers still waiting on orders. They prepared the entire order correctly (we have a weird order and sub everything with black beans), and they even gave our baby girl an order of cinnamon twists on the house. Great Taco Bell!
