My husband and I was our first time going to this Taco Bell and it was horrible i can 2 soft tacos had piece of human hair nasty and the girl that in the drive thru had a nasty attitude like she didn’t want to be there never again

It was terrible. We ordered online and when we finally got to the speaker box the girl asked if it was a mobile app, we replied yes for Brianne. She then told us, wait a minute. After about 5 minutes (and a line of cars behind us) she comes back on and asks what we wanted. Replied with I've already ordered you asked us to wait. She thens says oh yeah, one minute. While we were waiting (yet another 5 minutes) a small car comes speeding around and pulls right up to the window and throws something at the window. The same girl starts joking with this person, carrying on with a conversation with this person, hands the person a drink and still is conversation with this person. I finally say into the speaker.. HELLO??? Now she comes back with, can I help you? My daughter then says...we've already ordered can we pull up? Her reply, yeah pull up. Then at the window the girl hands my daughter the drink, my daughter says thank you. Her reply was mmm! Then finally hands us our food that we spent $31 and some change on. We get home to find that not only was our food ice cold but two of the items weren't even in the bag. Nor were the sauces we asked for. 1 beef crunchy taco and 1 cheesy gordita crunch weren't in the bag. Order # 969409, restaurant # 002224 07/02/2025 11:01pm ready for pickup yet we sat there in line for 5 minutes and then at the speaker box for an additional 10 minutes. The girl was a heavy set light skinned African-American. Very rude young lady. Not only am I going to corporate with this because this isn't the first time at this location that we have had issues with our orders and having to wait like this but I expect a full refund. Maybe you should have an adult there at all times instead of having children run the restaurant.

I ordered the value nachos specifically made. I Pais for tomatoes, onion extra cheese and no sour cream and things. Was thrown together with maybe 4 tomatoes a couple pieces of onion and not much cheese either. For 50 plus cents per item you would think you would get a good amount. I've ordered several times always the same. The photo shows a little cup of each item but was not given a cup.

Amazing staff they’re so sweet and patient the manager remade my order and with no problem he has to be at least 7 ft tall LOL they didn’t complain or be rude or anything it’s not easy working with the public people can be downright mean but these guys a kind I’ll continue to patronize this location
I went with my family and we are a medium sized family of 5. we orders as a medium sized family would. The employee with an orange wig blurted out “ damn y'all act y'all never ate before “ with the amount things we ordered for a MEDIUM SIZED FAMILY what type of service is that? very disrespectful

staff was pretty rude, they got pretty upset at a guy because maybe about 8 orders went out to drive through and he asked if they forgot about us and gave him rude response and went on and on about it for 5 minutes straight, we were waiting for almost 15-20 minutes, i usually don't leave reviews but i felt it needed to be done, the guy at the register was cool but those women need to work a different job or something, it was extremely unnecessary how rude they got with that guy just asking a question

Got a 12 pack of tacos 2 go and an order of cinnabon bites? Food was all cold. Person who took order would not look at us or acknowledge us while we ordered. The desert cinnabon whatevers were 2 tiny already mushed in the bag waste of 2.29. Very dissappointed. We also waited about 20 for our order. Fast food is definitely not a thing anymore. What happened to manners?
