AVOID THIS LOCATION! THEY COMMIT THEFT ON YOUR PAYMENT CARDS! Without asking, they round up your charge to the nearest dollar for a donation fund. That doesn't sound too bad, but they do it without asking, and even if you specify you dont want to donate, they do it anyways. They then say they "cant print the receipt" when you ask for it, so its probably happened more than i realize. Ive called customer service about this 6 times now, they just apologized, but this location keeps on doing it. I have have totaled (from the receipts i kept) over $10 in donations that I did not agree to.

Why is this place still open? Everyone should be fired and the business shut down just from the reviews! What a shitshow! Negative (- 5 ) stars you bunch of losers! What the f is wrong with this area of town! I recommend everyone run as fast as you can and get away from this toxic negative place! Everyone except the manager and staff, you can stay here, you deserve it, you will never amount to anything! You will always be disappointed in life because your disrespectful, rude, lazy and uneducated!

Closes at 10 but really closes at 9:35 almost every time I go. Pauses when I asked if they closed at 10 and said after like 15 second pauses ummmm we close 15 min if we don’t have orders, well there was orders to take and I was there over 20 min before

I have to say I have been going to this location for years & last night on on Wednesday January 4, 2023 @ around 7pm/8pm was one of the best experiences I have ever had! SHOUTOUT TO THE EMPLOYEES WORKING LAST NIGHT BECAUSE YOU GUYS TRULY DESERVE IT! THEY WERE ALL HAPPY, SMILING, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING, & PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! With that being said, I'm leaving a 5 star review where it is well deserved. I truly felt as if I was in a 5 star restaurant! They were making direct eye contact with us, I was greeted with smiles & the employees were starting conversations with us.They even made my fiance & I laugh a few times! It has been a while since I have received such great service & last night I left this Taco Bell happy & smiling. Not to mention, my food was perfect, Exactly how I ordered it, & our entire order was hot & fresh! THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS WORKING YESTERDAY! IT WAS REALLY NICE TO LEAVE HAPPY & SMILING! Thank you deeply for such a great experience. You guys really deserve a shout out!

Should have listened when my friend told me not to go here because they always mess orders up! Regrettably, I gave them a shot anyway. They literally messed up every item I purchased, and my order couldn’t have been more simple. I ordered the quesadilla meal and ended up with a nasty looking burrito… I’ve also never had sour cream put all in a regular taco. And to top it off, I didn’t get a straw for my drink it sauce for my taco. Now I see why the person in front of me was going off. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about going here.
