After a maddening Uber Eats experience, I gave up on delivery and went into the restaurant to order dinner tonight. The gentleman helping me was so kind as we commiserated about how badly Uber Eats had screwed up the order (six drivers came in to pick it up after it had already been taken before I finally cancelled). This store is unlike any other these days... amazing customer service, staff is so polite and goes out of their way to take time out w customers that need more time to decide...they are so kind to my son and interact with us in a positive manner. The store is clean, food is consistent and correct... it didn't used to be this good so they must have a new team or new management. I'm very hard to please but this store blows me away. The young lady at the drive up widow was the BEST! She was courteous, friendly, pleasant to talk to and when. She thought I didn’t have enough cash she gave me a dollar ?! I told her it was my cheat day (aka fat day aka change jar) lol ?! She made my day. The Cheez it was good too but a little to salty for me totally not anyone’s fault, just my taste.
